Fantastic experience: Toms classes are really fab. Full of variety with a focus on technique, mobilty and progression. A friendly group of people where working out is fun. I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone who wants to get fit and try something other than the gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined YFS and not only have seen a vast improvement in my fitness and strength but met a group of fantastic people! I have improved my technique in many movements. Tom is very professional in adapting exercises for different abilities and is very conscientious about adapting exercises for injuries, both acute and chronic. He builds a great rapport with all members and has built a supportive fitness community for all.

Fantastic experience: Once of the best fitness groups I have attended. When I wanted to get into fitness my initial thought was it had to be in a gym. I trained weights and did a few classes, however this never really helped me to progress. Since starting with YFS, I have improved my technique and met some amazing people of all ages and we all work together on a common goal of improving our fitness level. Tom leads an amazing class, with focus on technique and personal progress over the competitive nature I have experience in other classes. Accepting I am also in the older generation, its nice to work out with a mixture of ages and abilities. Well worth a trial class, you wont regret it !
