Fantastic experience: Boot camp is a great way to get and keep fit in the fresh air! Craig & Stu are really welcoming and you get lots of encouragement and ‘tough love’ whatever your fitness level! I’m a boot camp veteran and love this type of exercise - if you’re not give it a go - in the current climate it’s the perfect way to exercise safely.
