Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I was absolutely terrified to step foot into a gym again but he was really reassuring, he’s very understanding and we work at a level that’s comfortable for me but at the same time getting results. He knows his stuff. Wether you’re a beginner or not, you will definitely get the results you’re after with a pt like the para pt who wants to see you achieve your goals.
