Located within Kingswood, we offer the best personal trainers around. We have a fully functioning gym with a resistance area and and a functional area coupled with boxing ring and and experienced boxing coach. We will be starting classes in September and our very own 8-week Bootcamp + free parking. Whether you've been exercising for 5 weeks, 5 months or 5 years we've built a community full of all abilities, and you'll feel like one of the Boditone family in no time! It's time to get fit, be healthy and stay active.

Fantastic experience: Hi I totally recommend bodi tone to whoever not total happy with there figures as I wasn't but bodi tone has definitely changed that Sarah is an amazing trainer and knows exactly what to do do with each person in her class you will be mad to miss out don't think about it do I!!
