Fantastic experience: KLC Fitness- well Kerry have helped me get my fitness routine back on track with her many classes & motivation. All Kerry’s classes I’ve tried- Pilates, lift lean with dumbbells, boot camp & HiiT have been great with a warm & friendly welcome & hints & tips throughout the class to make sure we are all doing the moves correctly & preventing injury. Kerry’s classes are attended by all age’s & abilities & she gives options with all her demonstrations and teaching so you can work at what ever level you like- whilst encouraging you to improve all the while. The classes are varied in content each week and very enjoyable- but you know you’ve done them! Kerry & all the other people are always welcoming & friendly. I’ve recommended classes to a few friends who’ve enjoyed them & gone back for more which is a recommendation in itself. I recently took part in the 28 day autumn reset program & 2 months down the line I’m still feeling the benefits from the increase in weekly exercise & the hints & tips on healthy eating we all shared. I’m continuing to plan meals as much as possible, cutting out the unhealthy snacks & habits & building exercise into the week- both at classes and at home- I think I can say it’s been more than just. 28 day reset & would encourage anyone to give any programs she does a go- oh & I’ve lost a few pounds & quite a few inches which is a bonus. If you’re thinking of starting or getting back into a fitness regime or want to increase what you already do have a look at the schedule or message Kerry

Fantastic experience: Hello lovely people. I can’t recommend Kerry’ classes enough. If you are considering joining a class but are still not sure, just do it! I haven’t exercised for a while, I’m the wrong side of 40 not to mention the wrong digits on the scales. Joints are achy and creaky plus perimenopausal symptoms. I could go on. I absolutely love Kerry’ classes, she is a brilliant instructor whether I go to an indoor or outdoor class I always feel challenged but not pressurized. The feeling you get afterwards is priceless and I’m not just talking about the sweat; to say I feel amazing is such an understatement, but doing one of Kerry’ classes makes me feel as if I can conquer the world! I can’t stress how enjoyable her varied friendly classes are all of which are adapted so you can work at your own pace, it’s the quickest hour of the day. Kerry is just fab, she is so very supportive and offers excellent help and advice. Since going to her classes my aches and pains appear to be less achy and painful, my strength and flexibility have improved, plus the scales have started to move, hurray! But most importantly I feel more positive that I will reach my goals, just by going to these classes. Look forward to seeing you in class :-)

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have been going to Kerry’s Pilates class for around 2 months. We loved it from the first class. Kerry makes you feel comfortable, gives clear instructions and gives you options to work at different levels depending on your ability. The other people in the class are lovely. I feel this class is just what my aching, creaky body needs. I always feel looser and more relaxed afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Great class. Friendly environment. Encouraged to work at your own pace within the group . Kerry is a knowledgeable and fun instructor making exercise rewarding and do able for everyone of all levels. I actually look forward to class.
