Fantastic experience: I've trained with Dale for around 18 months. It was my first time with a personal trainer but Dale made me feel comfortable from day one, ensuring I was working on form and he was always on hand for support helping me reach my goals. The training has built my confidence in my ability with a huge range of diversity in the programme, always keeping it fresh and exciting. As someone who hated exercise, UVU completely changed my mindset turning it into a fun and inclusive activity which I would look forward to for the week! Thanks Dale and Kieran for being the best PTs, always dedicated, supportive, knowledgable and approachable. Couldn't recommend a better space/ group!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend UVU Fitness enough! They helped me rehab my chronic low back pain and get back to fully enjoying my football. Thanks to them I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been! They have created a great environment to train in where you can just focus on whatever health and fitness goals you want to achieve.

Fantastic experience: When I first started training with UVU I was low on confidence after having some bad experiences with commercial gyms, making me feel very nervous. The guys at UVU quickly made me feel comfortable and I really began to love and enjoy my training. By training with them in their private gym I can just focus on my own goals of getting stronger without the worry of anyone watching or judging me. My confidence is now at an all time high and I can't speak highly enough of UVU Fitness! If you are even slightly considering training with them then go for it... you will not regret it!
