Fantastic experience: Aerial Empire is like my second home. The staff are all lovely and supportive and have so much patience and empathy. The facilities are fantastic and inclusive (single cubicle toilets rather than gendered ones, for example). I hated exercise before I started going to classes here and now I look forward to going each week.

Fantastic experience: I found Aerial Empire through google when my cousin was having a hard time and we were looking for something fun to do together, Turned out I got completely obsessed from the very first lesson and haven't stopped going since and now coming up to my 2 year pole anniversary. Such a special community of lovely supportive people. Finally found a type of fitness that I find fun and challenging after years of trying. All I want to say is your never “too old” you can come by yourself don’t be scared to because you will meet some amazing people and potentially new friends and if you don’t feel confident in your body now you will after. Love it here

Fantastic experience: This is the best pole / aerialist studio around. The teachers are all amazing at there jobs and Emily who is the owner is one of the top instructors in the UK. You will not be disappointed here. Also it’s a friendly place and helps so much with your mental health. If your a beginner to advance I would suggest giving this place a go. Great range of classes and always and instructor who’s will to go that extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable

Fantastic experience: Such a great environment. Great instructors and classes. I went to Silk fundamentals and post fundamentals classes and it couldn't be better! They also have pole classes (looks absolutely amazing) hoop, stretching and a few other... Even if you don't have experience with anything related, they manage to make you feel safe and excited to try and, most importantly, have fun. It's a place you go to improve yourself and learn skills, but it ends up being good for your soul. Definitely recommend giving it a go!

Fantastic experience: Becky was an incredible teacher for our group of 14 Hens. The aerial hoops class was so fun, and accessible to all in the group. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: The location is on one of the corners of the building (no need to go into the building to find them, you can see their main door from the street). I found the class very well organized and the instructors are fantastic. Classes can be booked online as single class, 4-class or 8-class tickets and the prices are affordable. Pole, lollipop, hoop and silks are available among others. I go here often and really like the style of the classes.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Aerial Empire 10 stars I would! Aerial Empire has changed my life in so many ways and is such a safe space for everyone. All the instructors are just amazing, wonderful and very supportive. I couldn’t imagine life without Aerial Empire, thank you to each and everyone of you!!!! Xxx

Fantastic experience: I've been going to aerial empire since last July and couldn't love it more. The studio is the friendliest, most supportive place I've ever been, and it's done wonders for my self esteem and body image. Emily has created an amazing studio that's accepting, warm, and amazing for making pole progress (as well as all the other amazing disciplines there - I love lollipop and flex too).

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend that everyone tries a class here. I came to my first pole class just looking to improve my upper body strength, and have gained confidence in my body and made friends while getting stronger and improving week after week. There is a multitude of classes available, so there will be something for everyone! Emily runs a fantastic studio and all the instructors and students follow her example in creating the most warm, accepting and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I initially attended the fundamentals of pole course with Berni who was such a supportive and amazing teacher, I was instantly hooked. My favourite thing about Aerial Empire is the environment it fosters, everyone is rooting for you to nail all the moves. At the same time if you're uncomfortable or unconfident with something, alternatives are provided which ensures that everyone can participate. I now regularly attend the beginners classes with Lauren, the lessons are so much fun, my confidence has skyrocketed and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. For anyone considering trying a pole or any other aerial lesson at Aerial Empire, go for it! I could not think of a better nor more supportive environement. Thank you AE, I can't wait to try the rest of the classes out.

Fantastic experience: If you're reading these because you're looking to take up pole and/or another aerial activity like I was just over a month ago but just need that final little push, go for it! And come here! I started on the Fundamentals of Pole course (these run regularly for those completely new to pole), instantly fell in love with the place and now want to try everything. Every instructor I've had the pleasure of taking a class with has been so friendly, encouraging and patient, the studio is bright and airy and the environment created here is incredibly safe, supportive and fun. My general confidence and body confidence has improved so much since I started coming here, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Aerial Empire has not only improved my strength but also my confidence and the way I feel about my body. I attended the pole fundamentals course with Berni who was just an absolute ray of sunshine and I loved the course. I have attended beginners classes with Emily and Lauren and currently have 1-2-1 lessons with Emily and have recently started the hoop fundamentals with Becky. All the instructors are really helpful and really help you to feel comfortable. The studio is spacious and clean with free street parking outside. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into aerial fitness!

Fantastic experience: I joined the beginner Aerial Hoop class to learn a new skill and meet some new people. Three classes in and I have already learned SO much and I’m hooked! Emily and Becky are fantastic instructors and have really made me feel comfortable and have helped to build up my confidence and my achievements. Everyone taking part in the class are super supportive too! Can’t wait for the next class! :) 1000% would recommend!!

The level of teaching in both classes and private lessons is incredibly high, non judgemental and very attentive to your needs, ability and goals. I tried several different studios in the Leeds area before finding Aerial Empire and none of them come anywhere close to the quality of teaching and the friendly environment that can be found here. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: The studio isn't just somewhere to go to do Pole, its a family of amazing, supportive people, who have made me fall in this with this sport. The classes are always tailored to your ability, and you are never made to feel bad if you cant do something. The teachers are so welcoming and encouraging, there is no judgment and they completely understand that everyone has different strengths and I feel like they genuinely do care about your progress and seeing you reach your goals - whatever they may be as everyone is different! Pole is amazing for your physical and also mental health, I look forward to going to each class. The studio is nice and the other students are also super friendly. I was worried when starting which I think is natural but there was absolutely no need to worry at all! I just wish I lived closer so I could go more, I think I’d be there every night if I lived in Leeds!

I can’t recommend it enough, the instructors are patient and push you to have more confidence. It is one big family and one special place!

Fantastic experience: I did a pole fundamentals course with Emily here a couple of years ago after putting it off for ages because I was worried about being self conscious or being rubbish as I had no background in dance and literally no upper body strength, but I ended up totally falling in love with all things aerial and never looked back! All of the instructors are so supportive and encouraging, the studio is beautiful, classes are perfect for whatever level you’re at and whatever style of pole you like, and the community and atmosphere created by this place is amazing - everyone lifts each other up and celebrates each other’s achievements, it’s not intimidating or competitive like I worried about. Aerial Empire and the people in it did absolute wonders for my physical and mental health and I honestly can’t recommend it enough - Emily didn’t just create a studio, she created a place many of us see as a second home and an aerial family <3 Would also highly recommend giving lollipop a try as it’s my personal favourite!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Aerial Empire too highly. There are a wide range of classes from pole to lollipop, yoga and stretch classes plus more. The teachers are all extremely talented and clearly enjoy what they do.

Fantastic experience: I love visiting Aerial Empire whenever I'm in Leeds. The studio is gorgeous and a wonderful place to train. The classes are fun yet challenging and the instructors are professional, approachable and supportive. If you are thinking of trying pole out, definitely visit Aerial Empire. And if that isn't reason enough, come for Aero the lovely pole dog!

Fantastic experience: Attended Taylor's handstand class. Had a top class warm-up, great progressive drills and the whole class had the right feel between fun and focus. Wholeheartedly recommended... Just wish i had the bravery and skin to try pole ! Great facility, very smart and well lit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio, great vibe and culture. Emily (owner and head teacher) is great with students, super helpful and the other teachers I’ve come across have also been fab. Great level of pole expertise as well, one of the few I’ve found in the Yorkshire area where ‘advanced’ actually means advanced!

Fantastic experience: I will have been going to Emily (and aero the pole dog) for a year in April. I cannot fault her, I have learnt so much from her in both pole and lollipop but she has also given me so much more confidence in myself in day to day life. I cannot recommend the studio enough to polers, aerialists or just people looking for a lot of fun and a new hobby. This studio is amazing and you will definitely gain yourself another family! And if having fun and being encouraged unconditionally isn't enough aero will give you the biggest doggo squeezes ever!

Emily is an amazing teacher, and breaks each move down into easy steps so you are doing all sorts of moves in no time at all. Pole is the most fun form of exercise plus you get to meet so many lovely new people

Fantastic experience: I have known Emily, the founder of Aerial Empire, for 5+ years now and love the studio that she has built. I am both an instructor (beginner/ improvers) and a student (advanced/ spin) at the studio and the friendly atmosphere seems to carry through all the classes. Instructors and students laugh and pole together, and support one another in a way that makes everyone feel like one big aerial family. A range of classes over multiple days makes the studio accessible to everyone. No matter who you are or what your aerial style is, Aerial Empire will welcome you with open arms. P.S. We also have a doggo (Aero) and he does tricks!

Thanks to the fantastic instructors I have found a way to keep fit that isn't repetitive or boring but keeps me interested and wanting to go back.
