Fantastic experience: An hour of pure joy and empowerment! I can’t recommend this arial hoop class enough! It’s an incredible welcoming and inclusive space where people of all abilities are encouraged to learn at their own pace, without any pressure or judgement. The atmosphere is fun, supportive and full of laughter, making it the highlight of my week. For one amazing hour I get to switch off from the outside world and challenge myself in a way that’s both exciting and empowering. Fantastic experience: This is a brilliant little gem of a place , everyone is made to feel equal and no judgment on level of fitness, enjoy my lessons and really recommend to anyone who my think they talk themselves out of fitness, this is small fun groups and no experience necessary , fantastic girls who teach there and owner is lovely

Fantastic experience: I’ve always wanted to start pole dancing, but never had the confidence to do it. Lynsey is so passionate about making her Pole school different to the rest and it really shows - she is so inviting, friendly and really promotes body positivity. I never thought I’d be confident wearing shorts, let alone doing so whilst giggling with a room full of other women! I cannot recommend this Pole school enough!!

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely place. The atmosphere especially tailored to those of us are reluctant to go to big or intimidating studios / gyms. Fullam Ketch feels like a community. Focus is on safety whilst pushing yourself to grow confidence and skills. The instructors are knowledgeable and really enable you to have the best experience during your class. As you are in a group of no more than 4 the attention you receive is top notch. I love it here and look forwards to Thursdays and Fridays. Response to the pandemic has been amazing - the zoom classes are excellent. People and their well-being is top priority here.

Fantastic experience: I had my first 1-2-1 lessons yesterday and I've already booked the next one. This is how all pole lessons should be! I felt really looked after and had so much fun. Just AMAZING!
