Fantastic experience: This class leaves you feeling buzzing and happy! Patrick’s incredible energy and awesome instruction means everyone gets the most out of the class. He gives options for beginner moves and advanced. The class flies by as I’m enjoying it so much. The routines, the tunes and Patrick’s awesome instruction is what I need to de-stress, keep fit and have fun! Love it
