Sessions at the Courthouse

Fantastic experience: An awesome fitness studio, with a smashing instructor - Sally, who genuinely cares about everyone attending her classes. The classes are fab, geared to your abilities (or lack of, in my case!). All of the people who attend are non-judgemental, supportive and simply have fun and sing-a-long. Go on give it a go - you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Sally's Sessions at the Courthouse is a great space to try out lots of different classes for all abilities and ages in a really friendly environment. Sally is a great instructor who makes all the classes fun and I always come away smiling a lot more than I'm probably meant to after a work out! Something for everyone, highly recommend! :o)

Fantastic experience: Sally offers a great variety of classes for all ages, abilities and fitness levels, in a lovely welcoming studio environment. Whichever class you choose you will meet a friendly group of like minded, non judgemental people and I have made many lovely friends over the years. Sally is a fabulous instructor who makes exercise great fun and will always put a smile on your face.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sally's classes for over 4 years now. I absolutely love how inclusive it is, it's got a really friendly atmosphere, suitable for total beginners of advanced. Sally always remember everyone's name and you will be made to feel comfortable and welcome straight away. I started at zero fitness and now do up to 7 classes a week. There are a great variety to choose from. It's my 'me time' and I value it highly. I have made new friends and increased my health hugely. I can't recommend these classes highly enough.
