Fantastic experience: Mimi has been so insightful and has excellent knowledge of PCOS, which has helped me manage my symptoms. Fantastic experience: Mimi is seriously 'that girl'! I have been so impressed from my first session how amazing it has been to get back into fitness and working out just from having the right PT. Mimi took my details and through understanding my context has built a programme suited directly to me. To my astonishment she is able to adapt any exercise to cater to where I am at. She continues to build my confidence and encourage me when I don't believe in myself. I have come so far in 7 weeks I'm definitely not giving up anytime soon. I really enjoy working out now and its because the session are fun, uncomplicated and not overly technical. Fantastic experience: I started training with Mimi at the start of March this year and I can confidently say that I’ve never had a personal trainer (and I’ve had many!) who is such an expert in women’s health and wellness! From accommodating previous injuries in workouts, to advise on PCOS, diet, general lifestyle and aesthetics, Mimi really is the whole package and a godsend for someone like me who felt trapped by my PCOS symptoms. I’ve only been training with Mimi for about a month, and I truly feel like my life has transformed. Fantastic experience: I came to Mimi with several issues, a knee condition, recent rotator cuff surgery and back pain. After the first session, my knee and back pain had gone and I felt much more mobile. The way she helped me to get my mobility back especially in my hips was amazing and how she adapted different exercises to suit my needs was great! My muscles have definitely become stronger and my joint pain has been relieved after working with Mimi. Her meal plans and excellent knowledge on women's overall health, relating to hormones and what supplements to take has been extremely helpful for me. She is not just a personal trainer but so experienced in women's health and wellbeing overall, I cannot wait for my next block of sessions with her as because of her work with me, I no longer have the excruciating pains I use to have around my body. Fantastic experience: I've had 10 sessions with Mimi so far, and I'm going to continue with more sessions because she's that good! This is the first time I chose to go with a PT, and I'm so glad I chose Mimi at Gym House Personal training. I've lost alot of inches in just 10 sessions with her while also having PCOS which makes it harder for someone like to lose weight. Fantastic experience: I’m not really sure where to start with this review, Mimi is the most down to earth, just human PT there is. I have been with her for around half a year now and she has equipped me with so much knowledge, a complete changed frame of mind and approach to health and fitness and helped me improve my health and fitness vastly. I LOVE her energy, even if you feel slouchy one day, once you’re in that room with Mimi you will quickly match her energy and love every second of it! One last call out I want to make is how incredibly accommodating Mimi is. She always listens and encourages her clients to voice anything that the body may not be responding well to. Fantastic experience: My wife had a painful problem after delivering our first baby. Thanks to Mimi my wife's spine pain disappeared. Mimi had a great personal approach. She managed to motivate my wife and gave a lot of good advice. From my point of view the dietary regime could be more personalized, it lacked diversity, it looked like premade Macro for everyone. Nice touch was that the meals were simple to make. The value of the whole service package is very good. Thank you Mimi!

Fantastic experience: I've had a really great experience with Mimi so far. She makes you feel confident, pushes you but is also aware of anything that needs more work and she tailors the workout accordingly. One workout is never the same as the previous, so you'll never feel bored. She is also very accommodating and doesn't push for you to take extra sessions and instead is even willing to give a workout plan that you can do in the gym or at home. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing incredible trainer who gets RESULTS! I’ve been training again with Mimi over the past 4 weeks and have lost 39 inches overall and dropped 4.6kg…but more importantly, I’ve started to built my confidence back up (as well as my muscles). Fantastic experience: Gym House is a womens only little studio in chadwell heath run by Mimi. Mimi is lovely. Shes very accommodating with times etc. she makes workout plans around your goals and if you have injuries or pain shes also very mindful of this. I was happy with my body after just two months with her. Also affordable and theres always parking available. Would definitely recommend.
