Fantastic experience: With my 70th birthday rapidly approaching I saw a free trial for E-Pulse so decided to give it a go, the best decision I have made in a long time. My posture has changed considerably and many of the problems I had with my hips and flexibility have been addressed by the 6 week fitness plan tailored to my personal needs. I would highly recommend them as the care and attention given to me was second to none.

Fantastic experience: Great studio! I have done once the EMS boxing, it was fun suitable for people have less time for gym. I am mostly doing boxing training and I have learned so much and have a better foot work and posture after the training, the price is very good for boxing and very intense lesson. Worth the money. Fantastic experience: I started to come here in November 2022 and have mostly attended weekly sessions ever since. Troy and Kamil are absolutely first rate to work with: their knowledge is impressive, their passion is infectious, and they rapidly build a trust-based relationship. I was sceptical of the electrical stimulus suits at first, but I simply can’t argue with the results. Both my muscle strength and coordination have improved dramatically. Fantastic experience: Joining the gym and working with Troy and Kemil is the single best thing I did in 2022. It has transformed my health on every level - I am stronger, fitter, lighter, thinner, more toned, more coordinated more flexible and the knock on effect on my mental health has being incredible. I love the fact that each session is tailored specifically to me and my twice weekly sessions have meant that for the first time in 30 years I had not had to have medical treatment on my back. I cannot get over how fast the results are and even after a break over Christmas how quickly I recovered my fitness. This is, quite simply, the best money I spend and the best exercise I have ever done.

You don’t have to spend hours in the gym, just 30 minutes maximum twice a week to get the right results. They look after your health and body. Fantastic experience: I had booked the trial session because my work colleague recommended the studio. I had my trial session, and I loved it! I bought 24 sessions in total, and three sessions are done already. The most important is that I can bring my daughter with me and she can do exercise as well. Now, I started two sesion in a week, and I feel more focused on results. You can feel there that you are essential to the crew; everyone is smiling and motivates you to work harder. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: 5 stars from start to finish. Great alternative to the gym training for everybody, especially for seniors, people with injuries etc. You barely need any weights to stimulate your muscles. I'm a body builder and I was quite skeptical about the EMS but after my first session I got DOMS in glutes and biceps. To be honest I don't even remember when I had DOMS in those 2 muscle groups despite long dedicated hardcore sessions in the gym. Truly amazing. The facility has all the things you can ask for so you don't need to bring anything with you. In and out within 30 minutes. WOW The EMS training is something new, something different and definitely worth trying and I mean it. Thanks guys :)

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Short training, great effects. After short training I feel a kick of the energy for the rest of the day. Next day my body feels like after a hard training so I give myself couple of days to regenerate. Nice friendly atmosphere. I go there with my wife and our two years old son. While me and my wife are doing our training he is well looked after and has plenty of fun too.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience, I’ve never had a workout like the one I’ve had here. Firstly, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the facilities were very good, clean, and well laid out. Before the workout I was asked a series of questions on my health and history of exercise. This helped them to gauge how fit I was and where to start in terms of intensity of exercise. I was then given a suit to change into that enabled the EMS system to work. I started off with a warmup to get my body warm and muscles ready, then proceeded to the actual EMS system workout. Wow, I’ve never felt anything like it, my muscles were working, and I didn’t have to do anything drastic. But more importantly, I was doing multiple body parts at the same time, and all it took was a different posture change and my trainer altering the EMS system on his device. I ended up doing 20 minutes, but it felt like I did well over an hour, and my muscles ached, but in a good way. One thing I’ve realised is there is no cheating doing this, whereas in the gym you can relax or do things incorrectly and not get the right results. It’s been a couple days and my muscles are still pumped and, in some areas, never been. I really recommend this place, not just because it’s a great place to go to but because it’s the future of exercise.

The trainers were superb and makes sure you are comfortable while pushing you to your best. After a 20 min session, I fell like I had the biggest day in the gym ever. If you don't have the time and want a fully tailored 1 - to - 1 experience and facilities that match, this is the way to do it.

Fantastic experience: This is truly next level training. If you think you normally train hard, whether that's cardio or weight training then you need to experience this EMS training. I train daily to a competitive level and after only doing a 30 minutes session of 10 seconds interval sets with 10 seconds rest in between each on a bike, battle rope, rubber band, pad work and planks I started experiencing Dom's 8 hours later in my triceps, biceps and quads plus i felt drained like I'd done an intensive 2 hour session! If you are an elite level Sportsman then this is a must for you. If you really hate gyms and are unsure in the gym environment plus have little time or desire for the gym but want to work out effectively then this is definitely for you.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Kamil from EMS he come to my house and I was blown away with the suit and equipment kamil was very friendly and professional nothing was too much for him. The training was incredible and only 20 minutes. I instantly felt a change I can't wait for the studio to open so I can go again

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely loving my sessions with MEON EMS!!! For somebody who has no time but still wants to do exercise, this is for you. I've only had 4 sessions at my house and can already see results. I feel like I have been in the gym for hours but it’s only 30min workout including massage as bonus!
