Busylizzy Elmbridge

Fantastic experience: Busylizzy were such a lifeline during maternity leave. The virtual classes kept me and my little one entertained during lockdown, and the face to face classes were brilliant in the summer. We particularly loved Baby Yoga! The team are also so helpful, considerate and kind. Very good value for money as well. I'd certainly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Busylizzy Elmbridge. Lauren is the most friendly & helpful person. The whole process was very smooth and we always received quick responses to questions we had. The classes are excellent and well suited for mums with babies & mums to be. There’s a lovely relaxed and friendly feeling to each class and the instructors adapt the exercises to your needs. It doesn’t matter if you need to take a break to feed or attend to your baby during a session. The baby centres classes are really engaging and packed full of activities for the little ones. My little one always naps so well after a session. Thank you for keeping us all going over this crazy last year!

Fantastic experience: I started Busy Lizzy when my second daughter was 3 month’s old. I liked the idea of the exercise classes with baby. It exceeded all my expectations. There was often a baby class after the exercise class so that meant I didn’t feel guilty that it was just for me as she would often sleep or play while I exercised and then we would have a class for her. I really wanted to initially just to lose weight but found that I loved being fit again. Busy Lizzy has helped me love exercise. The classes are great as they tailored for Mum’s so all teachers are aware of what parts of the body may still be fragile after birth and so help build those areas up gently. I've been back at work a month now but I have been doing the bootcamp class outside on a Saturday morning. It is excellent and as it’s at the weekend I leave the girls at home and have some rare time to myself. The girls would be welcome to come too but I make the most of my husband being at home. I recommend Busy Lizzy to everyone. All the teachers are wonderful and it really made my maternity. Everyone always said I would never do as many classes with my second as I did with my first but with Busy Lizzy I probably did more!

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined Busylizzy Elmbridge. The exercise classes are fantastic and so are the baby classes. Being able to take my baby with me makes it so much easier for me and I've no excuse not to exercise ! Boot camp is amazing ,I've really noticed my fitness levels improving .The app is great too, easy to book/ cancel classes

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Busylizzy to others. On both maternity leaves, I have thoroughly enjoyed & benefitted from both the baby classes and mums fitness classes. Now with two little ones at home (a lot!) in lockdown the virtual classes have been invaluable, available on catch up whenever you need them. We especially love baby music, and often all end up dancing round to songs like 'She'll be coming round the mountain' :-)

Fantastic experience: Classes like these have helped me entertain and educate my baby during lockdown. I especially like the informative talks on all things post partum. There’s something for everyone and if u miss the live class or talk you can always catch up and stream it later! Love that!

Fantastic experience: Busylizzy Elmbridge has been a fantastic and much appreciated experience for my family during this horrid lockdown period thanks to a full timetable of fun virtual classes. From baby musicians to twinkle ballet, we have loved all the different classes we’ve tried... a direct result of having enthusiastic & experienced teachers. Somehow, they manage to energise and mesmerize my two year old through song & their cameras. The other service that I love is the great range of talks/events given by professionals on interesting topics like weaning, sleep, mental health, returning to work etc. just amazing! AND! If you miss a live class or talk (which I always do!) you can catch up later in your own time... such a win for me as I have a new baby in the house (plus a toddler) so it’s total chaos. From day 1 of my membership, Lauren, the business owner, has been really lovely, professional and proactive, keeping me well informed on changes and upcoming events. A big thank you to Lauren & her Busylizzy team for bringing fun and fitness into my home - you’ve truly made my maternity leave a much more memorable time! Looking forward to your onsite classes starting once lockdown is finally lifted! Keep up the great work!!!

Fantastic experience: These online classes are fantastic and came along just at the right time. From onboarding to having classes in our lounge the next day, the process was slick and friendly. Our whole family are benefitting - the kids are loving it and I’m making the most of the Mums’ classes too thank you for making this happen!

Fantastic experience: We love the range of classes available at Busylizzy, we especially enjoy baby yoga and mummy yoga. The club has helped me get back into shape following the birth of my son, the trainers have supported me to recover from c-section through core exercise. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely club! Perfect way to shed some postnatal kilos. Used it for my first child and loved going to the classes and meeting new people. For my second child I’ve been using the online classes which have been a great way to get moving during lockdown! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love our busylizzy membership! It's a great way to get out of the house with a new baby. The baby classes are a great way to help their development and the mum's classes allow me some time for myself without needing childcare. You can easily pick and choose classes each week depending on your own schedule. Everyone is in the same boat so there is no need to be self conscious. I'd definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Busylizzy Elmbridge has helped me shed 30kg post the birth of my son & develop life long friendships. It is an amazing concept & a real family club.
