As a personal trainer I work 1to1 and with groups I teach kung fu fitness using wing chun and boxing fitness using kick boxing. I also specialise in body building, strengthening, flexibility, body alignment and weight loss. I work with both the body and the mind either separately or together depento achieve personal goals. I am also a trained hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is now widely used in sport to alleviate fears and blockages and a lot of professional sports women and men use it.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a fantastic trainer to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone of any fitness level. Fantastic experience: Michelle is great at encouraging you to reach your goals, to motivate you when you don’t feel like you have the energy and constantly mixes exercises up, so you never get bored. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is such an experienced trainer, with heaps of knowledge, especially for women. She is an expert in teaching women self defence, and she helps build up your physical confidence as well as your fitness. Her sessions are always fun and challenging, and I always leave them having learned something new.
