Chrome Roses Pole Dance - Newport

Fantastic experience: Been going to pole classes since December 2024 and it's been fantastic! The studio is an incredibly safe and welcoming space for anyone no matter their body shape, fitness level etc. Classes are fun, engaging and the coaches approach everyone personally to help out with technique. So happy to have a gem like this in Newport :)

Fantastic experience: As a fat woman, I can honestly say Chrome Roses is truly the most inclusive exercise company I've ever experienced. Lots of places pay lip service to us fat folk, but this company actually embodies it. Their instructors are kind, patient, encouraging and unwaveringly supportive. If anyone who is reading this has thought to themselves "I'd love to try pole dancing, but I'm not fit/slim/strong enough", Chrome Roses is the place to go. You will leave your first class feeling overwhelmingly proud of what you achieved and you'll be booking your next class before you get home! Genuinely can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: These classes make you feel very empowered, it can be quite daunting learning a new hobby however the tutors are amazing, always helpful and take their time with you! Classes are always fun and exciting and I laugh all the time at myself. I completed the intro to pole course and fell in love after the first week, I highly recommend Chrome Roses for pole dancing, it’s helped build my confidence and how I feel about myself and definitely brought on my upper body strength. I’ve now booked onto beginners and can’t wait to watch myself learn and develop.
