Fantastic experience: Absolutely great place to train! I switched from another gym that was restrictive and regimented..... This place lets you fight, LOTS! It's an absolute breath of fresh air to be shown techniques but also allowed to stray off at times and play around with anything you want. Such a relaxed atmosphere around combat sports is new to me, and I love it. Having free sparring following EVERY session is amazing, this is why we do what we do

Fantastic experience: Staff are fantastic with children, helping them gain skills within Jiu Jitsu, obedience and friendship skills. Classes are available for both children and adults with multiple classes on throughout the week. Clean and tidy spaces for the classes to take place and also benches for people to stay and watch children in the classes. I cannot recommend Gorilla Grappling Group enough, Elijah loves coming and learning new things.

Fantastic experience: I am predominantly a striking fighter so I was wary of learning BJJ as everyone would be streets ahead, but I needn’t have been concerned as everyone regardless of age experience colour religion etc is welcomed into the GGA family. The family doesn’t just end on the Mars either as they arrange excellent seminars and outside activities. My son (who also attends the mini gorilla classes) are both hooked, BJJ compliments our striking perfectly.

Fantastic experience: I don’t often leave reviews. But this is one place that i cannot recommend enough! Whether you want to learn a valuable new skill, test yourself mentally and physically, keep fit, or have fun and meet new people. This place is quite simply amazing! There are no egos, no-one judging, just great people who welcome every person that walks through the door. I wish I had found BJJ and especially a place like this 30 years ago! I encourage everyone I know to give it a try, get their kids involved in the kids classes. You’ll be hard pushed to find a hobby and place like this. Try it, you’ll soon see.

Fantastic experience: A welcoming gym for everyone. There are a variety of classes to suit all abilities and the coaching is fantastic. The hard part is stepping onto the mats for the first time, once you’ve done that you’ll be hooked!

Fantastic experience: A great place to train. Great people with no egos so perfect for beginners and also people with more experience. The classes are well structured and the techniques are explained well for all levels of students. There are plenty of classes through the week both gi and no gi.
