Fantastic experience: Best and most supportive studio ever. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgable. All the students are so kind, are like a family and cheer each other on constantly. Your confidence will grow massively and in such a short space of time you will see MASSIVE progress in strength and flexibility. If you’re someone who wants to work out but is not interested in the gym, then pole is for you! You will make so many friends for life through pole and will meet like minded girls to go through your fitness journey with. Can’t recommend pole enough, come and join Liverpool’s best girl gang!

Fantastic experience: My favourite place to exercise, all of the staff and girls who attend the classes are so welcoming, supportive and encouraging! From my first class I fell in love with the positive, enthusiastic and supportive atmosphere - girls supporting girls! The instructors are all so knowledgeable and helpful, I’ve never ever been made to feel uncomfortable, the studio is always spotless too! Can’t believe some of the false negative reviews on here absolute nonsense - don’t listen to them. If you’re looking to start pole classes I 100% reccomend pole star and would never dream of going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: This is the real PoleStar Fitness Studios, not the other bull reviews going around these reviews are by fake accounts that havn't even stepped through the door!. It's girls supporting girls. If someone gets a move that they have been working on for a while I'm made up for them, same as if I get a move I've been working on everyone cheers and shouts for each other. I first came to pole when I was a size 20 and 17 and a half stone. Not once did I feel like I was judged or uncomfortable. I was spurred on which made me stay. I don't have friends in this place I have family

Fantastic experience: Been coming to the classes here for the past 2 months having never done anything like this and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I ever done! The instructors are amazing always make you feel welcome, they teach you to such a higher standard and build you up so much, my confidence and anxiety has improved massively and I am always looking forward to the classes! I am absolutely addicted!!

Fantastic experience: I've only been able to do a few classes and I'm eager to get back to it! The membership deals are great to allow you to learn skills, try something new and get out of your comfort zone at a budget friendly rate but for professional quality. What stands out for me the most is how there are people from all walks of life attending, of differing abilities and ages. As someone who has always been self conscious of my appearance, just in the short period of time, I've loved seeing women being so confident in themselves and how they use their bodies to create movements. I've never done anything in my life so physical, not even dance, as what I did in just a handful of classes here and I really can't wait to start back up.

Fantastic experience: I started here around 9 months ago, I was obsessed after my first class. The instructors are all amazing as well as the girls who also attend the classes. The atmosphere in class makes me want to be there 24/7. I started off doing pole fitness classes, then stretch and to my surprise just started dance. The highlight of my week is going to the studio!!!

Eventhough work gotten in the way of me attending as much as I did, when I do go now it's like I've never been away. The teachers are so supportive and friendly. Love my Hoop 1:1s with Jess, that girl has a patience of a saint with me I 100% recommend this studio if your thinking of giving pole a go!

Fantastic experience: Haven't got a bad word to say about this studio, been going for 2 years now and I love it! The instructors are so friendly and always there to help if you're stuck with moves. The environment is so warm and welcoming, you can come on your own as a complete beginner and leave with a bunch of new friends. The classes are all levels so you can go to any and every class, and it's super cheap! Well worth it, if you're thinking about starting pole, make sure you check out Pole Star, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place filled with girls supporting other girls. Care has been taken in the studio to make it look beautiful and it’s so clean. All bodies welcome, classes break everything down so well. Owner really takes time to get to know all the girls that go there and make them feel so welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Having moved a lot I’ve been to a lot of different studios - this is by far the best. I’ve made some great friends and progressed so much since starting a year and a half ago! My hardest decision is which classes to attend because I love them all . I started on my own so was obviously nervous but everyone was so lovely. The teachers are amazing too!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Pole Star Fitness on and off for around 4 years and I cannot recommend it enough. No matter how long it's been between my visits, I always feel so welcomed by the girls and instructors there. My confidence has genuinely improved so much since starting, and the support that Amanda and the other instructors give is amazing!!

As a larger girl i’ve always walked into a gym and walked straight back out because how i was made to feel, but the girls and the staff at PoleStar have made me feel nothing but comfortable and encouraged my confidence to grow and grow, couldn’t recommend this place more!

There is a big variety of classes to suit everyone from beginners to advance students and everyone inbetween. It is such a amazing team of teachers and students who are all supporting each other and are each others biggest cheerleaders ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since 2020 and always encourage my friends to try as it is such a lovely environment with the best instructors. I always feel comfortable when I am here and instructors ensure you are enjoying the class and motivate you on days you aren’t feeling great. The facilities here are great and I also do aerial hoop/ stretch. The best studio and I couldn’t recommend it more ❤️❤️❤️

So 10 weeks ago I started this amazing pole fitness group of amazing girls, I was getting bored of the gym and not fully committing to it so I wasn’t seeing any changes, I decided to cancel my membership and join pole fitness, something what I have wanted to do for years but haven’t been able to find one local enough to me, I even bought my own pole and it was to hard to learn from the start on your own.. 10 weeks later I can do some shapes and spins and I can feel the inches coming off my waiste and my body getting back to the way I want it to be, it is best thing I ever done joining alpolefitness I am going to smash it in 2020 and hopefully I am amazing as you lot at it by end of the year ...
