Carnage Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: Attended a party last week and it was such a good night. There was a great selection of things to do throughout the night and I would really recommend it for birthdays and hen parties or just a night with friends thats a bit different. We got to try different types of equipment that classes are available for as well as chair dancing!

Fantastic experience: I recently went to a party hosted here, it was such a fun night! We done lots of different aerial things my favourite was the aerial chains! But there was also aerial hoop, hammock, trapeze and flying pole, after that we had a cocktail making class where we learned how to make 3 different cocktails there was also a mocktail option for people who don’t drink, after that we played party games and it was such a good laugh! Special shout out to Carly!

Fantastic experience: Absoloutly love this studio!! It offers a wide range of classes in pole and aerial, as well as pop-up workshops to try something new. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive, and instructors have a really good understanding of different learning styles, with something to suit everyone. It's my favourite place to unwind and socialise, and since going to classes here, I've learned lots of new skills, whilst building my strength and fitness. Highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: Iv done a few classes at carnage now and I’m enjoying them so much it’s a really structured class to learn new things and push yourself, Carly and all the students are so welcoming and it’s a good vibe all around on top of the beautiful studio

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful space, well kept and clean. The instructor is so welcoming, you can tell she absolutely loves her job. She is always keen to help and she is so friendly - it makes it easy to ask for help. It’s always such a cheerful experience being at carnage studio, everyone is so kind and supportive. Theres a variety of classes to suit everyone’s taste, I honestly couldnt ask for better !!!

Fantastic experience: Carnage Fitness Studio has the most welcoming environment from both instructors and students! It gives me confidence to try things ive only ever dreamed of trying in the past and ive managed to go to several of the many workshops that get put on each month.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend enough! The studio is very pretty, well maintained and handy for the train stations (either Bogston or Port Glasgow). The instructors Carly, Nicole & Kim are all lovely, patient and welcoming. Such a lovely community and can't recommend classes here enough - not only is this one of the best studios for progress (in terms of actual strength and aerial skills), I've met so many lovely people since joining! Would definitely recommend to anyone, regardless of where they are in their pole/aerial journey - if you're a beginner and feeling nervous, you won't regret taking the plunge and booking that first class. Likewise, if you're more advanced, you'll always have something that challenges you every single week. Carly is one of the very few instructors in Scotland who teaches kips as well as consistently fast paced choreo/ choreo alternative music and I'd honestly say she's the best at it! Love the studio and I'm so glad to have joined :)

Fantastic experience: I booked one of the party packages for my birthday and it did not disappoint. The studio is lovely, clean and bright. The instructors were friendly and welcoming, they made such an effort to make sure we all had a great time. The activities were perfect for all levels and there was plenty of apparatus for us to work around. It was a unique experience and everyone had a ball. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something a bit different to do, and might even do it again myself! Thanks team Carnage!

Fantastic experience: This is such a gorgeous studio! Carly is brilliant and so skilled at what she does. The equipment is probably the most varied I’ve ever seen at one venue (to name a few, there are chains, hoop, pole, straps AND flying pole on offer!) such a brilliant space.

Carly is an enthusiastic instructor with a passion for including everyone and takes genuine joy from seeing them thrive. She provides scaleable lessons for all abilities and has combined her intuition with knowledge and experience. At Carlys classes, you can explore abilities and aspects of yourself you didn't know were there under safe and encouraging guidance. The studio has a warm, queer-friendly community that champions body-positivity and inclusion.

Fantastic experience: Great studio, very cozy, there’s a separate room to change and store your stuff and a nice spacious bathroom too! Absolutely love the classes, students of any level will feel comfortable here!
