Fantastic experience: I have known Suzanna since 2016 when I completed my first qualification with her. After some time away from teaching I returned to her earlier this year and in the space of 3 months have gone on to successfully certify in two further qualifications, with a further 2 being completed now. I wouldnt go to anyone else for my training - which sounds bit of a cliche but Smart Qualifications is more than a training provider. Suzanna and the rest of the team (Jane, Verity, Clare) genuinely care about you as a learner and want you to succeed. The support is almost like a family member or friend - they reply to emails promptly, pick up the phone, answer any question no matter how small. The variety of training offered is fantastic and the materials provided are over and above what you need - I have so many Manuals & learning materials that I need a new shelf! If you are committed to your development and your learning journey then Smart Qualifications are the training provider you should choose to work with. Fantastic experience: Booked my ETM with these amazing people. The help they provided was very of the most high quality and always go out there way to help you with any problems. The team are so supportive friendly makes you feel calm and settled. Plus having small groups makes it easier to follow and when they see you struggle anytime it’s nice having that connection to help you through. Fantastic experience: I have just completed the Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (Practitioner) course and it's been an excellent experience all-round. I was lucky enough to get a really nice group of fellow students which made the practical sessions especially enjoyable. Emily our teacher was lovely - highly experienced, very approachable, really enthusiastic, supportive and knowledgeable. The practical learning days were full-on and fun and were helpful for gaining confidence in teaching a group. There is a lot of content in terms of learning, which makes the course very good value for money. The staff at the centre are really helpful and encouraging, and responsive to queries. And the centre itself is clean, warm and welcoming. I will definitely do more courses at the centre and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The level 3 sports massage course was not only taught by an excellent tutor, Clare, but provided detailed learning resources that I have continued to use in my further learning and practical elements with clients. The additional support from the extra online webinars on various topics was also really useful and the communication from the admin team was always really efficient and detailed. I have gained not only lots of new skills, but consolidated many things previously learnt on other courses for personal training and nutrition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to anyone and would happily book future courses through Smart Qualifications.

Fantastic experience: Smart Qualifications have been nothing but supportive since I started my journey with them studying a fitness course. They checked in on me and made sure I had what I needed to fulfil any next steps with my course. They provide timely feedback and help you so much along the way. Fantastic experience: The Smart Qualifications Team are professional, friendly and fun! I have predominately worked with Suzanna on L2 & L3 Instructing Pilates and she is knowledgable, patient and allows all of her students the time and flexibility to complete the course in their own time. Furthermore, she provides you with all of the resources you need to do your home learning. I am currently still studying with Suzanna and the team and have the pleasure in sometimes even being able to join Suzanna’s zoom Pilates classes online (suitable for all abilities) which has really helped with my practical learning for the course. To conclude my review I can honestly say there wouldn’t be any where else that I would rather study this course. I suspect once finished they’ll be a good couple of other courses I will opt into with them too! Thanks for your continued support smart qualifications. I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Level 3 Sports Massage and I loved it! It was very hands on and practical. Clare somehow transformed learning anatomy into an interesting journey. She helped each one of us to understand why we learn all that and how to apply the knowledge during the treatment and also in daily life. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to learn! Having done a fair amount of exercise courses in the past, Clare is definitely up there as one of the best tutors I’ve come across. So knowledgeable and makes your brain hurt (in a good way). Lovely environment to learn in too, very chilled and friendly place. Fantastic experience: Nervously embarking on a new career I approached Smart Qualifications to enquire about a career in the fitness industry after years of fitness training and enjoyment. Suzanna was able to offer a clear development path to reach my goal of being a Personal Trainer. The lessons given by Suzanna, Jane, Rebecca and Clare were clear, informative and fun and built on previous lessons to make what initially seemed a daunting task achievable. Fantastic experience: Smart Qualifications , Suzanna, was so helpful from start to finish. The L2 Step course was done virtually and she showed patience and a warm friendly personality which made it seem very relaxed despite the long distance learning ! Every piece of work submitted was responded to promptly and no question went unanswered.I would definitely recommend using Smart Qualifications if you are local to them, or even if not and they can provide your course virtually, like they did mine, during lock down. I can't thank you enough Suzanna.

Fantastic experience: Since starting my fitness instructor journey I have completed four courses with Smart Qualifications and I cannot praise them highly enough. Supporting me along my journey, always at the end of a phone to answer a quick question and respond quickly to emails. During 2020 lockdown I undertook my Circuits Instructor course and this was done via Zoom, amazing !! Premises at Fengate are excellent. Fantastic experience: Smart qualifications all the way. I have done ETM, Gym instructor and currently doing Pilates, also have done step, circuits and 1st aid. The experience has been fabulous in all courses, fun, great communication and support all the way. Things are explain in detail, all instructors are super qualified and of great experience. Yoi have the options to do it online or face to face. I can't recommend them enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished another fitness qualification with SMART Qualifications. The level of training and support was really good and made studying as easy as it could be. The assessment was well run and very safe with excellent systems in place to minimise the risk of Covid transmission. I will definitely be using them again.
