Poise Studio Chester

Fantastic experience: What an absolutely gorgeous little zen space Poise is! I am so pleased I managed to get a spot on their first of the month Yin yoga and sound bath Sunday morning. It was such a lovely Yin session (I’ve only done Yin yoga once previously), and the sound bath was beautifully powerful due to it being such a small space. All thanks to the lovely Cleo

Fantastic experience: Poise studio is a beautiful space and very welcoming. It has a range of classes available and the instructors make you feel instantly at ease as well as giving you different suggestions/ tips if you can't do the exact exercise. PT sessions are also available which I have found brilliant. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I did a Pilates taster session and really enjoyed it. It was easy to book onto a class via the Gymcatch app. The space is really clean with good lighting and pilates mats & other equipment is provided. Nice relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Dance Fit class as a beginner / never been before as I wanted to try something new this year. I was a bit nervous but as soon as I got there I felt really welcome, the session was great fun and no one’s even looking at you while you’re dancing as they’re trying to focus on themselves, so I had nothing to worry about! Would definitely recommend! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I tried the yoga session this morning and I really enjoyed it. It started off relaxing, got more intense towards the middle and then ended relaxing. It was a great way to start the day and the teacher was very nice and helpful. Beautifully decorated too and a good atmosphere. I'd recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: Such a gorgeous studio with a lovely atmosphere! I’ve attended Alicia’s classes for a while now, prior to her opening Poise, and they are the first classes that I’ve ever stuck to. This is due to how lovely, warm and welcoming Alicia is, and the safe and none judgmental space that she creates. Not only has Alicia opened a beautiful studio, but she is also creating a community and space for us all to enjoy. I’m looking forward to many more classes at Poise and following its successful journey ✨

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this studio. Alicia is amazing, so good at what she does and makes you feel the burn! She’s so lovely and her studio is such a gorgeous space! Love all the mummy and baby options and had to try the commercial dance to get out of my comfort zone and loved having a safe space to do this! 10000000% recommend!

Fantastic experience: The most amazing welcoming studio. Alicia is a lovely teacher and makes you feel incredibly welcome. The studio has great facilities, such as plenty of lockers and a lovely little tea/coffee area and it has such a cosy vibe. I would definitely recommend going to the ballet and pre pointe classes!

Fantastic experience: I've been for several sessions here and it's fab. The studio is beautiful and the staff are friendly and approachable. If you're concerned because of your size or fitness level, you don't need to be. Everyone is happy to help and its an inclusive and empowering environment for all.

Fantastic experience: I had a gorgeous time visiting the new Poise Studio to explore what they have to offer! I tried out a little Yoga taster session which was absolutely amazing!! I’ve never done Yoga and I loved it, can’t wait to get booked in for more sessions after the launch this Saturday! I love that Poise also offer a range of other sessions, from Yoga to Pilates, dance sessions to bar sessions, they honestly have something for everyone! As a girl who struggles with exercise and being confident in doing it, I felt amazing today. I felt super comfortable in my own skin and felt I could push myself to try something new. The Yoga session was honestly amazing! I 100% recommend trying Poise Studio, whether you’re totally new to the classes they have to offer or you’re a pro, it’s a fabulous environment to make new friends and indulge in fantastic exercises for the mind, body and soul.
