Fantastic experience: Highly recommend- I joined the 6 week session which included a diet plan. By the end of the session my upper body strength improved greatly with the tailored workouts that Nizaniel put in place. Nizaniel's experience is reflective of the knowledge he shares in both nutrition & body strength building exercises. Very informative.
Fantastic experience: As someone who has trained seriously for 20 years, when Nizaniel approached me to offer assistance, I was sceptical. I needn't have been. He is without doubt the best strength coach I've encountered. His methods improved my performance on the sporting field and pushed me to a level of strength I hadn't thought was achievable. If you want a guy to blow smoke up your arse and tell you you're doing great...Nizaniel isn't for you. If you want a coach who cares about extracting every bit of power and improvement from you, you won't find anyone better. He will change your life and your physique. Fantastic experience: I have been with Strongeryou for over a year now, and I feel I’ve benefitted so much. I had never done any strength training before, but had heard that it can have huge benefits for women. Sitting at a desk for most of the day, my main goals were to get moving and stay healthy. Fantastic experience: I have just recently had my first session at Strongeryou performance and I went in with some expectations, especially as I am not new to working out. I was firstly impressed with the amount of knowledge Nizaniel has about the industry and the body as a whole. He understands what's normal and what's not, and therefore is able to advice you appropriately as an individual. I faced exercises routines I usually shy away, mainly from due to lack of confidence but Nizaniel takes into account your starting point but sees the best in you so I already felt I had someone in my corner from the get go. I am however having to prep myself mentally for the next visit which I very much need, because during our first training session, he advised me to use his bands which I believe are industrial bands that I don't think an average person can purchase. They worked muscles again i usualmy tend to shy away from. Despite my struggle, I very much enjoyed the session and left with more information for my books. Thank you again and see you soon.

Fantastic experience: I entered Strongeryou Club last Christmas being a tired distressed middle aged obese woman with a diastasis and a huge belly caused by 2 pregnancies and pain in the back and neck due to broken spine caused by a ski incident. I spent a year in physio and psychological therapy. But I wish I would have come to Nizaniel earlier instead. The first 3 sessions I was not sure I could survive but I liked the challenge. Nizaniel's sessions are like a quiz to me: he is changing programs and you never know what you are going to do next. This makes the sessions interesting. I am always curious of what is next and want to "open up" a new level. So far my results are the following: I am no longer obese. I am no longer distressed. I am full of energy and enthusiastic. I am no longer in back pain. We do a lot of stretches and I feel more flexible and stronger. I lost a size and a half. My skin tone and elasticity improved due to constant sweating. I am in the middle of my Strongeryou journey and challenges to Stronger Self. I highly recommend Nizaniel for his expertise, tailored individual approach and fun. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Strongeryou Performance Club for 1 year now and what a success it has been! I had 0 previous gym experience and came with the goal of building muscle and getting stronger overall. 1 year later and I have gained over 10% in weight, I feel stronger, and more awake with more energy overall. Nizaniel tailors a program to fit your goals. He is incredibly knowledgeable, able to go into great detail about all aspects of fitness, but is also happy to answer even the very basic questions I had without any hint of judgement. The 1-to-1 sessions let me build from the ground up and having that extra encouragement allows me to get better results per session than if I was attempting it by myself. Highly recommended to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: I came to SPC after lockdown was first lifted. Before lockdown I played rugby weekly and went to the gym and lifted weights. After 18 months of lockdown, not leaving the house and comfort eating, I was completely out of shape and had gained alot of weight. The aim was to to shift the weight I gained in lockdown (over 10kgs) and get myself back into weightlifting, and prepare myself for a return to rugby. After 3 months, the results speak for themselves, I am back at my pre-lockdown weight, having lost 10kgs, but I have less body fat than before lockdown, so a better body composition overall. Additionally, my performance back at pre-season has been good, and even just in my day-to-day movements, I feel in much better shape and dynamic. Overall, if you are looking for good results, and good information about what you are doing and why you are doing it, SPC will deliver, and the last 3 months have been more than a worthwhile investment, in both time and money. Plus it's a good environment, and encouraging, and been quite fun to train in a different way.

Fantastic experience: Been training for a few months now and I can really see the difference. In my first 6 weeks I lost 10% body fat which is crazy! Nizaniel is extremely knowledgeable and pushes you in a way that is safe, but definitely pays off! I’m doing exercises I would have avoided at the gym and my strength continues to increase. Fantastic experience: We’ve been training with Strongman since April 2019 and it’s been life changing. Nizaniel is very professional and clearly extremely knowledgable. During initial sessions, he completed an in-depth assessment of body type/fat content/strengths/weaknesses. He then tailors training sessions to each individual taking into account any previous injuries or issues. He also provides a nutritional plan which was especially useful when starting out. We’ve seen great results and I feel fitter, stronger and healthier. He also provides great flexibility around sessions which makes a huge difference when working unpredictable hours. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t waste my money elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with SPC twice a week for about 6 months now. When I first walked in the door we did an assessment which highlighted areas of weakness (in my case - lots) and they built a training plan around that. To give an example of progress - at the beginning my muscle imbalances and lack of flexibility meant that I could barely do a full bodyweight squat - 6 months later I just did my first 100kg deadlift. The nutrition plan has been spot on and the results of sticking to it have been great - since starting, my body fat has dropped from 34% to 21% and weight from 75kg to 69kg. I'm fitter, more alert and all round healthier. If you're looking to reboot your lifestyle this is the place to come but it's a style of training that needs commitment.
Made really good progress thus far Jon and are now doing more taxing exercises that challenge your stability.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained in many gyms and with many trainers but lasted 2 weeks max . I’m on my ninth week with greenwich strongman and I feel like a warrior when I leave - ready to tackle work with 100 percent effort!! I am stronger, fitter, healthier and most importantly more motivated in everyday life! It is multifaceted - not just about getting up a sweat and leaving for the day. There is care about my diet, my pre existing injuries (as I’m ticking on 35 feeling 60) and my physical development. The most impressive part is the attention to the personal detail. It never feels like a workout plan that has been previously used on somebody else! If you’re serious about getting in shape get yourself down there. Worth every penny

Fantastic experience: I went to SPC to reduce my abdominal flab and get stronger. In a very thorough assessment they also looked at my frozen shoulder. This had been troubling me for some time and my physio and doctor recommended an injection. I wasn't keen on this and so hadn't had this done. SPC instead focused exercises to free up my shoulder and after just a few weeks I now have full movement and no pain. Fantastic and it saved me about £500 for the injection! SPC also gave me excellent nutritional advice which along with the great exercise routines has caused my body fat to drop. So successful has it been that I have lost a stone in two months and two inches off my waist without ever feeling hungry! I started as a complete beginner but with SPC’s supportive nature, good humour and excellent coaching I can see the progression on a weekly basis. My body feels and is stronger. Fantastic experience: I decided to give Greenwich Strongman Performance a go when I wanted to lose weight for my wedding earlier this year. I had a 9 month old baby and was struggling to get back to a shape and fitness level that I was happy with. In 3 months I lost 10kg and dropped 12% in body fat. I got so many positive comments from people, and most importantly I absolutely loved feeling strong and fit again. Nizaniel is absolutely great, he really knows what he is talking about, and will push you out of your comfort zone, which is needed! I had never really done strength and conditioning type of training before, but I absolutely loved it, and I now have the confidence to use some of the heavy weights in the gym rather than just sticking to cardio which is what I always used to do. I would highly recommend SPC to anyone, a great little studio space, and a wonderful trainer. This is an investment that everyone should make in themselves!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just started training with Nizaniel so it’s early days, but what I will say is he is the most competent personal trainer I’ve ever met. He knows what’s not good for you and what is good for you and has such great knowledge in helping to put your posture back to good form, help your mobility during exercises. Definitely recommend him. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Strongman with my partner for around 4 months. Through Nizaniel's excellent coaching I have reduced body fat from 30% to 18%. As well as this my muscle quality has dramatically improved. Having never been to a gym much before, Nizaniel has taken me from novice level to being proficient at many exercises such as back squats and dead lifts. Dietary information and nutritional advice is also provided. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to get in shape and feel good!

Fantastic experience: I started at SPC looking to improve my strength and mobility as well as losing a bit of flab. After six months I have seen great improvement in all three areas. Nizaniel is extremely good at ensuring your training plan is matched to your objectives, and sessions are focused and effective. He also adopts a holistic approach that goes beyond the sessions, with extra training, personal diet plans, and other lifestyle recommendations made to help you reach your goals. He is also a great person and you really get the sense he is as enthusiastic as you are about getting you to where you want to be.

Fantastic experience: I approached Strongman Performance Club because I wanted to lean out before my wedding, with only 8 weeks to go until my big day. I went from 30% to 16% body fat in that time. Nizaniel is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and is very good at tailoring an exercise and diet plan to best suit different body types and personal goals. He helped me form easy-to-adopt habits in my diet and workout style, that I still follow day-to-day even well after we finished training together.

Fantastic experience: Age: 37 Profession: Desk jockey Training age with me: 36-present Fitness Objective: Improve cycling performance and reduce body fat I am a keen amateur road cyclist and have been training inside and outside of the gym for many years. In December 2014, although an experienced gymgoer, I decided to get a personal trainer in order to get some cycling specific resistance training into my weekly regime. In the 14 months I've been training with Nizaniel I have seen my Functional Threshold Power (FTP, i.e. maximum power sustainable for 1 hour, the yardstick of cycling performance in both amateur and pro ranks) increase from 245 watts to 291 watts, an improvement of nearly 20% which in the real world is huge. Also, my weight and body fat percentage dropped from 77kg to 71kg and 14% to 8% respectively, which in addition to the increase in absolute power meant power to weight ratio improvement from 3.2 watts/kg to 4.1 watts/kg yielding an enormous improvement in climbing speed and taking my overall abilities from club rider to seriously competitive racer. All this whilst actually reducing my weekly volume of cycling from 9 hours to around 7.5 hours. The reality of these gains is that I am now in different league of cycling performance, and have had to find new riding buddies that can keep up! If you want to work hard and have goals to achieve then SPC is the best I have worked with, if you just want someone to chat to whilst you walk on the running machine or do sit ups…you are probably best going elsewhere! SPC have a serious desire to make you achieve your goals backed by in depth sports science expertise that set them apart. I am thrilled with the improvements and have completely bought into SPC's training techniques which have been tailored to my specific goals (rather than generic exercises that I've been given by other personal trainers).

Fantastic experience: Summer bodies are made in the snow! Today...despite the spring storms and mad weather warnings, I braved the roads to get down for a private session today with Nizaniel and I wasn't disappointed! The purpose built gym is ideal for a one on one session. I already feel sore..which has got to be good. I feel he pushed me but was still understanding of my limitations ...all of which he pushed to the perfect level. Looks like I'm going to ready for the beach this year (for once). GIVE IT A TRY!

Fantastic experience: I am a 50+ male still playing rugby on a regular basis. I approached SPC to help me to prolong my rugby career, improve performance and avoid injury. After an in-depth assessment of my current fitness levels and my objectives, SPC developed a specific programme of exercise and diet with an emphasis on building strength, explosive power, and flexibility. Over a period of approximately a year I was able to improve significantly across all of these areas and this had a noticeable impact on my performance. The programme was tough, grew with me in intensity, and was very varied and I was given expert tuition in previously untried areas of exercise such as powerlifting, and in the theory supporting the choice of exercises. I would have no hesitation in recommending SPC for personal training.

Fantastic experience: Name: Kellen Age: 29 Profession: Marketing Training age: 1 year to present Fitness Objective: Lose fat and build muscle In my short year with SPC I have achieved more progress against my goals to lose fat and build muscle mass than in the two full years training on my own which came before this. Their introduction of Olympic weightlifting, a carefully managed cycle of standard lifting programs, and emphasis on nutrition to match it yielded visible results within the first couple months. Prior to this my nutrition was spotty in adherence and lacked some of the helpful supplements SPC recommended, as well my training program for lifting was too static and I was plateauing in my gains. Since starting regular training with SPC I have seen my strength gains progress at a much faster rate as well as visible progress in reshaping my body. Training with SPC was challenging but it also reintroduced fun to my workouts as the Olympic lifting was a new goal to pursue and extremely rewarding to progress in, much more so than traditional lifting. SPC's demeanor is excellent and they recognise when you can still be pushed as well as when you are at maximum capacity. I’d recommend training with them to anyone. I have now graduated to a place where I can train and improve on the complex Olympic lifts on my own with occasional guidance from SPC and continue to follow their cycles of normal lifting plans.

Fantastic experience: Name: Kriton Age: 33 Profession: Head of Online Marketing Training Age with me: 30 Fitness Objective: Surgery Recovery, fat loss, muscle growth I am a totally different man after i worked with SPC. They totally changed the way i see life and training. Before i worked with SPC i used to spend almost 1:30 hours at the gym every day without seeing any significant results. I had reached a plateau for years and didn't know how to push myself beyond my limits at the time. SPC managed to make me significant results after only 6 weeks of training by also reducing my training time to 45mins a day. I dropped body fat to almost 11% (from over 15%), i got toned and i managed to do exercises that i could never do before. Their work on the psychological side of things has been the most important. They made me discover limits, pushed me to do things i never thought i could do, made me understand the necessity of many things that i had always thought they were trivial. For example working out in the early morning hours or doing squats and dead lifts that i had always feared. I saw my six pack for the first time in my life and the boost in my strength was phenomenal. Results came so quickly and they were so dramatic that i never really thought much before i executed the exercises. With SPC i tried for the first time squats with a lot of weight, dead lifts and lunges. All these are now necessary parts of my daily workout. You get the feeling that when you work out with them you are their only client in the world. They are 100% focused on you. SPC are really excellent professionals, in a world that these are really rare to find. I was always careful with my diet but there were a few things that i thought to be trivial and SPC asked me to change. For example my approach to cheat days was that i could eat as much as i wanted and everything i wanted. Or SPC insisted i switch from GnT to red wine. These two changes already made a big difference. SPC really changed my life. they are my best spent money in recent years. Their genuine interest in clients achieving their targets. their focus. they understand 100% each client's needs and more important, client's psychology. It will only take a couple of sessions to for someone to understand why SPC is one of the best PTs out there. Their advice wont only change your body but your overall perception on training and healthy living!

Fantastic experience: Name: James Hyett Age: 33 Profession: Underwriter Training age with me: 33 Fitness Objective: Lose weight and increase muscle mass. Improve core strength. I have been trained by SPC for the last 6 months and during that time have seen / achieved excellent results. SPC created a specific program around my needs and aims. Additionally they ensured this fitted around my work and family life. In that time frame SPC has 'stripped' me down and rebuilt my core strength enabling me to do far more in the gym and reduce my body fat. This was achieved through a focused program that was designed in stages to ensure that I correctly and safely learnt to use free weights (whilst continuing a Cardio Program specifically tailored to me). SPC has taught me a huge amount about exercise and training that I was unaware of and how to exercise to ensure I get the best results for me. Prior to SPC I always thought that my diet was reasonably healthy but having trained with them my perception has completely changed. They have provided me with a great deal of new information and help to adjust my diet to achieve much healthier nutrition which will always stay with me. I have learnt a great deal and have implemented a number of changes that have made significant improvement and my diet has been tailored to assist my training. I feel healthier and fitter through diet as well as the exercise. I would highly recommend SPC for their knowledge, guidance and expertise. They are patient, focussed and always ready to help or go the extra mile (such as providing programs whilst I was away) and are also fun to train with to!
