Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Strength Lab to anyone wanting to improve themselves. The coaches are amazing, so very supportive and knowledgeable. I am always buzzing after a session. I have been training for 4 months using their indivdual tailored programme and have lost 8kg in body weight and also entered my first powerlifting competition. This is not where I thought I would be after only 4 months but I am so glad I gave them a try.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic private training facility, that offers private 1-2-1 training sessions, as well as group classes and workshops. You can either rent the gym privately by the hour, or have personal training sessions with highly qualified coaches.
