Fantastic experience: Completely non-intimidating and warmly welcoming gym run by Tors who motivates you in a very amusing way. She encourages you to just be yourself and do as much as you can but sets ambitious targets too! The ladies in the gym whom you will meet are all delightful and equally encouraging. Membership fees are very reasonable and you can top up with extra Zumba classes run out at the Village Hall in Cheddon Fitzpaine. I was hopelessly unfit and out of shape and am now feeling a lot more confident. Sign up today! You won't regret it.
