Everybody Sling Dance

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Debi’s sling dance sessions! Baby sleeps while I dance. It feels like the me-time I’ve been missing. Debi is fun, friendly and always makes sure everyone is relaxed and takes it at their own pace. The moves are a great mix of simple and slightly more brain-bending to get you thinking. The music is uplifting and changes often! This is hands down the best mum and baby class I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a good few. Thanks Debi!

Fantastic experience: This is a brilliantly fun way for mums (or dads) to exercise safely with their young children. It has the added bonus of also supporting you with safely wearing your child in a sling. It's been a huge relief in lockdown to be able to enjoy exercise with my lockdown baby. It gives him some calm time (even sometimes a nap), while I can do something that makes me feel good. And all with no mum guilt attached!

Fantastic experience: My daughter Willow and I attended Debi’s ‘Everybody Sling Dance’, classes in the park over the summer and we both enjoyed it so much. Great fitness for mama, lovely bonding time and baby had a nap, what more could you want! Debi explains the dances very well and also is a lovely supportive mama in all other aspects too!
