Hinckley Dance Fitness

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend highly enough all of the classes at Hinckley Dance Fitness. As well as the dance classes, I have started doing the Strength and Flex class, and it is amazing! We work hard, but everything can be adapted to your fitness level or ability. It is my happy place and I've made some good friends. Thank you, Hinckley Dance Fitness.

Fantastic experience: The feeling I get when dancing is awesome. I am so in the moment of that dance; all the worries and busyness of the day, week, month, year (or two years) just disappear. If I could bottle that feeling, I'd be rich! Rebecca makes learning the routines fun, and you never feel under any pressure to get everything right. Just keep moving is the moto!
