My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and the tools to build a healthy relationship with food and a STRONG mindset.

I found the strength and will power to overcome bullying and depression through fitness and exercise, adjacent to this in team sports such as Rugby. Hockey taught me a valuable lesson in life - with teamwork and a support system, you are able to achieve feats once thought unattainable.

I have a passion for improvement it doesn’t matter in what area, whether it is physical strength or education, business growth or personally this meant countless hours spent on sports fields and gyms, inside a book, seeking out mentors and throwing myself into the deep end to continue to hone my skills and expand my knowledge.

In July 2017 I seized an opportunity to quit my office job to work in a gym as an apprentice personal trainer and since have gone on to qualify as a Level 3, Level 4 Personal Trainer NASM; GPTS Group Personal Trainer Specialist and currently pursuing Fitness Nutritionist Specialist with NASM.  

I started this website evocoaching.co.uk, to develop a space where I share tips on nutrition and fitness (check out my free resources section), recipes and workouts, as well as show you what I can offer in terms of personal training and coaching services.
