Fantastic experience: Summary: I would highly recommend the PT hub to anyone! Even people that 'don't do fitness' like I where I was! - don't hesitate, just sign up and try it for a few weeks! It might change your life for the better! BACKGROUND: I was feeling ready for a new challenge and the PT hub looked just the ticket! I have now been at the PT hub for a month and I am really feeling the benefits! In the past I felt really out of place in a gym and really never had a clue what I was supposed to do. I signed up to improve my energy levels, learn how to use the equipment, keep the dad bod in check and provide me with the energy required to keep up with my three young kids! Why PT hub works for me: -At the PT hub the coaches explain things in a simple way and tailor everything to my ability. The team always provide encouragement and make the small group PT training and larger group sessions varied and fun! - I am able to plan my small group PT sessions around my very busy life (shift worker, kids etc) this is because there are multiple sessions everyday of the week in the morning or evening to choose from. They even run multiple sessions on a Saturday too! Getting all my sessions planned every week is not something I was able to achieve elsewhere due to shift work /kids. Since I'm not missing sessions, I am able to maximise what I get out of my PT hub membership week in week out and I am really feeling good for it.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had never been in a gym before and found them quite intimidating, I did quite a bit of research around the local area for something that seemed friendly and inviting. I came across the 21 day trial that The PT Hub offer and started in June 2024. The trial is a great introduction to the gym and all the equipment, and the personal trainers explain everything really well whilst catering to individual needs. I have since got a standard membership with The PT Hub and attend the small group PT sessions as well as the classes, which are all great and well thought out. I feel a lot fitter and stronger since starting at The PT Hub, and the PT's are always there to give encouragement when it's needed. The PT's and everyone I've met have been so friendly, which has made it such a welcoming and supportive community to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: Almost four weeks in at the PT Hub and I’m hooked! It’s really helping rebuild my strength after a back injury and is a brilliant de-stresser. Love the small PT classes and expert instruction from Chris and the team. Plan to try the group sessions next and hopefully build up to join the running group. Would highly recommend. Just wish I’d found it sooner!
Fantastic experience: I joined almost a year ago - having lost my confidence in training following a double hip replacement, this has been an amazing journey. Chris is brilliant at getting the best out of me, and I am constantly surprised at how much I have achieved since joining. What I love most is that Chris has a different exercise solution for me when my hips don’t want to play and focuses on strengthening my weaknesses. Well appointed gym with amazing equipment with a super friendly atmosphere - 10 out of 10 would recommend .
Fantastic experience: Chris has created a fantastic gym space! You are made to feel welcome straight away and quickly become a member of the gym family! His small group classes with a max of 4 allows you the benefits of a person trainer at a competitive cost. Its a friendly and relaxed space to exercise at your own pace and limitations. Chris is an excellent PT, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, he'll tailor your exercise to challenge you but help you reach your goals. Classes are hard work but every session is different using variety of exercises and weights to suit you. Previously I'd been in a cycle of starting gym, following 'programme', injuring myself, resting and restarting. Never really knowing what to do or if I was doing it correctly and getting nowhere. Paying for full Gym membership but never really at the gym or seeing results! I decided to bite the bullet and start Chris's 6wk kick start programme. Best thing I've ever done! Definitely tough at the start but with Chris's expert guidance in 6 months I've gone from someone who hated the gym to someone who loves the gym. Never thought I'd say that! More importantly I feel stronger and fitter. If you've been thinking about starting exercise ,and want to see real, measurable results then don't hesitate to start at the PT Hub. I have arthritis and long standing back, hip and leg problems and exercising was pretty hard to motivate myself to do, not any more! Highly recommend Chris at The PT Hub!
Fantastic experience: I have been going to the PT hub for 8 months and it’s great. I feel really comfortable in the gym, the programs are really varied and I have seen big progress in my fitness and body shape. Chris is really friendly as are the other members. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I started going to the pt hub back in October 2021, the training is, as hard as you make it, I used to have serious knee pain, since going to pt hub it has almost gone as working on my core has seriously helped.

Fantastic experience: Chris is a great guy, very knowledgeable and the small group sessions are excellent. There is always a great variety of exercises and whilst it’s fun, you also feel it working all the right areas. Chris encourages you to push yourself but also realise your own limitations. Fantastic experience: I joined the PT Hub in May 2022, as the small group session format really appealed to me and after my introductory meeting with Chris it was clear that it was a really great set up, that can be tailored to match your goals. All sessions are well structured and coached and Chris fosters a really friendly environment - while at the same time making sure he challenges everyone to be there best. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: I am a 45 year old woman and have never been in a gym environment before, or done any type of strength training. 2 months of training twice a week with Chris at the PT Hub and I’m absolutely loving it! I can’t believe how much of a difference the sessions have made to me, both physically and mentally. Chris is great - the perfect balance of pushing you to do your best and supportive. The other clients I have met have also been really supportive. It’s clear everyone is on their own journey and is there to focus on themselves. It’s a brilliant environment to be in. I would recommend anyone looking to improve their strength, fitness and overall mindset to give the PT Hub a go.
Fantastic experience: I have the membership offering 8 small group sessions per month, I think max of 4 to a group. For me, the group sessions are a cost effective way of getting the benefits of a Personal Trainer and good value for money, the membership does also give access to additional fitness classes throughout the week. There is good availability of sessions to book via an app. Every session is different and tailored to the individual using a variety of weight, strength and cardio exercises. The gym has a good variety of equipment as you would expect. There are toilets, showers, hairdryer etc. I haven't used them so can't really comment but available if required. The location is good, easy to park. The sessions are hard work but I definitely feel much more challenged than if I just went to a normal gym as I was always too scared to use the weights as I didn't really know what I was doing. With the PT sessions you are being shown how to do the exercises properly, not only for safety but also for maximum benefit. I'm enjoying/ enduring my sessions and I feel I'm definitely getting fitter and stronger.
Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and first class Personal Training from Chris. Made to feel very welcome from day one, Chris is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition, and gives great advice. Thoroughly recommend this to anyone no matter what level of fitness you are at, he will guide you through any challenge and meet your needs.
Fantastic experience: The PT Hub in Stewarton is an excellent training spot. The Gym offers a wide selection of equipment all organised by Chris who is a friendly and knowledgable professional trainer possessing the experience necessary to encourage the required commitment. I'm enjoying the process and can feel the improvement! Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Chris for 6 weeks now and have already learnt so much. I’d never lifted a weight before and feel so much fitter and stronger already. He puts so much effort into making every session different. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the PT Hub highly enough. I've been going for 10 months and Chris is so inspirational and helpful. Small groups are excellent. Exercising with like minded people and not the same pressure of larger gyms. There is so much encouragement regarding your own levels and abilities. Also health and diet recommendations. For anyone who likes working with a personal trainer, definitely give a try. You'll never look back.
Fantastic experience: I’m not a massive gym fan and always feel out of place there. I’m not great at exercise or knowing how to do it properly. Chris at The PT Hub is amazing. The gym itself is the perfect size to train all muscles and cardio. Chris is encouraging, never judgmental and always supportive. I actually enjoy going and I’m feeling the benefits. Chris pushes you as hard as you want to and that’s exactly what I need. I would recommend to anyone who wants to train (weights or cardio), get fitter, lose weight or just get out of the house without any of the dread of going to a larger gym!
Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym. What I really enjoy about The PT Hub is that it is smaller than your usual gyms but has all the latest equipment. Chris is a fantastic & very knowledgeable PT who helps you reach your goal. 5*
