Fantastic experience: Lovely place. Good coaching and classes.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to sessions at Jack Millers studio for half a year now and I've never looked back. His sessions are fun and engaging but also challenging and rewarding For anyone looking to join a gym with a great community and a trainer who cares about your goals, I'd always recommend Jack Miller.
Fantastic experience: I used to hate classes and working out. From the first session I felt welcome and have really enjoyed the variation, structure and guidance from Jacks classes. The people that come along to the sessions are also lovely - a great mix and accessible for all levels of fitness... I def have my slower days Changed the way I look at fitness, it used to feel like a chore, now it's a high point of the day.
Fantastic experience: What a unique place, a real neighbourhood gym.Jack is an absolute pleasure to be around. All inclusive, which is quite a hard task, but he and Martha do it extremely well, never intimidating. Have always wanted to enjoy a gym, but always felt a bit awkward, until now. Bravo Jack Millar !!!
Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined Jack Miller Fitness Studio a year ago and have loved our experience. There is a great mix of classes - lift/strength training, boxing, pilates, circuits - which what we tend to do, but also the option for more 1 on 1 training as well. The timing is also great - before or after work, and also lunch break kind of time. Jack, and everyone who attends the small classes (usually around 6-8) are really friendly. I was really interested in getting into a better fitness routine, creating consistency and learning about what to do in a gym and this couldn't have been a better option. Some gyms come across as very intimidating but this is not at all. People are working at all different levels of strength and fitness - it's a really positive and encouraging environment. I'm sadly leaving the area and really wish I could transport this studio to my new town!

Fantastic experience: I attended Jack Miller's HIIT class and it was really good. A fast-paced, full-body workout, each move a short burst of energy to get the heart pumping. You can take it at your own pace, no pressure. Jack is a friendly, attentive instructor. The venue is easy to find on Third Avenue. I would highly recommend. Thanks again Jack!
Fantastic experience: Jack is a wonderful, professional trainer! As a gay man I've always struggled in gyms with the high levels of testosterone. I feel so comfortable to be me and love my sessions in the studio.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic training, increased my core strength and stamina within a few months. Nice variety of sessions including High Intensity Training, Freestyle combo, Yoga, Pilates, group run, Boxing sessions in small groups. Small enough groups to feel like you're getting real focused attention on your efforts. Incredible value for money on monthly membership. Lots of great small group and 1:1 options for extra focused specific areas of training. Jack is firm, motivating, friendly and nice person. His other trainer Meg who he rotates sessions with is also incredibly motivating, positive and pushes you over the threshold to increase your potential. They really push you out of your comfort zone in such a motivating way, no matter how hard the task you do it with joy as we banter along pushing through the sessions! A place you feel safe to let go, go maximal and go for it! Thanks Jack Miller!
Fantastic experience: I’m new to The studio, I was nervous about being new and not too fit. What I immediately noticed was the friendly almost family atmosphere from my first class, I immediately felt part of and I enjoyed it is so much. Yesterday I had my first PT session with Jack, I absolutely loved it. Jack is so friendly and puts you at ease, He put me through my paces and I’m so excited about the journey ahead . I’ve tried gyms before, but this set up feels less intimidating and so much more friendly. What a gem this place is highly recommend it, great variety of classes and times plus it’s a 5 minute walk from my home. Thank you Jack your the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jack for many years now. His classes are fun and varied and there is a wide age range amongst his loyal clients. The studio is bright and airy and very near the sea front, where some of the classes take place in good weather.I would highly recommend Jack to anyone who is interested in getting fit and working out in a friendly atmosphere.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jack's classes for 5 years now. I keep going back because they are varied, fun and well thought out. Jack makes sure he caters for all abilities and ages. I am in my 50s and feel Jack challenges me, giving alternatives if , like in my case, you have had back problems or other injuries. Equally, clients in their 20s and 30s are well catered for. I can't recommend Jack highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jack and his services enough. He’s friendly, professional and very welcoming. No matter what your fitness level is, he makes you feel completely comfortable, and will cater any class/personal training session to your specific needs. I’m not very comfortable with gyms, and Jacks private studio is the perfect setting for me. 10/10 would recommend.
Fantastic experience: The week Classes really push you regardless of the length of time you have been doing them. Jack always ensures that there are different options depending on your fitness levels. 1:1 sessions are also great I have seen a massive difference in myself since joining in January this year. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone who is looking at getting into shape or improving your overall fitness levels. He is so welcoming & Professional and really tailors the work outs based on individual needs.
