GroupFit Gloucester

Fantastic experience: Joined end of January 2024 as a very unfit 55 year old menopausal woman. Never really excercised before. But found something I'm still doing 15 months later. Have gotten fitter and lost weight. There are people of all shapes and sizes and abilities. Every excercise can be adapted. I don't jump my knee joints don't like it! It's a friendly fun group. Lea mixes up the sessions so it never gets boring. He will push you to do your best! Give it a try you never know what you can achieve!

Everyone is so welcoming, and there are many external events you can be involved in like the ‘Super Human Games’ and ‘Dragon Boat Race’ which takes place in Gloucester Quays. If you’re looking to be a part of a friendly close knit community give this a go!

Fantastic experience: Lea who runs GroupFit Gloucester is a great PT. It doesn't matter what age, shape or size you are, he will get you where you want to be. He keeps you focused and supports your personal drive to achieve your goal in your fitness journey. Yes, the classes are tough, but you will never achieve anything if they were easy. And from personal experience, you will see an improvement in your ability and strength. As well as classes throughout the week, Lea also provides healthy eating plans throughout the year where you DO see the results. A personal trainer who has his clients best interests and genuinely wants to see their results.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of GroupFit for over 5 years. Lea has guided me through various training styles, from kettlebell and HIITSTEP classes, to home training through lockdown and more recently 1:1 coaching and tailored workouts that have kept me motivated. Lea is so knowledgeable about health, wellbeing and fitness in general, so can always offer great advice, and really finds out about my aims and motivations to set a regime that helps me achieve my goals. Fantastic experience: Great group. Friendly and supportive. Everyone encourages each other. Lea (trainer) is excellent and great at adapting according to clients needs ie if they have any injuries will support and adapt to keep client safe in thier excercise while strengthening those areas to prevent further damage. Also really encouraging of the group and actively promotes activities to further thier fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Inclusive and fun fitness group with various classes across the week, all for a bargain price. Honestly, better value for money than a gym membership. All classes are really accessible. The social element is wonderful. Lea is supportive and encouraging. There is a real drive to achieve personal fitness goals and for GroupFitters to take part in events to help boost self-esteem. Highly recommend!
