Fantastic experience: Worked with Brett many times with PTs and also my go to for any advice or information when regards to anything health, fitness or injury recovery related
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Brett for about 4 months now, before I chose Brett out of all the PT’s out there I had never worked with a personal trainer. Brett is a great guy and puts you right at ease, he helps you open up and get to the cause of what your issues are which isn’t easy to do or admit for me. He is knowledgeable in what he does and actually makes the sessions enjoyable. So far I am 10lb down but more importantly Brett is helping me get my confidence back. I would 100% recommend Brett to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Brett for nearly a year and I can’t recommend him enough. He has helped me gain my confidence back after losing it for years. He also has been very supportive. He understands how life can get in the way but he has made sure I have kept on top of exercise and my eating habits. He’s a great laugh to be around and I can now actually say I enjoy going to the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Brett since 2019, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Before Brett I used to sign up to gyms, commit for a couple a weeks then quit, however, Brett has motivated and helped me achieve my physical goals in the gym that I never thought I could do. His easy approach makes working out feel like you’re just training with a mate while still meeting your goals. I suffered a serious leg break in February 2022 that put a pause on my training, and with Brett’s help, he eased me back into to the gym and was very knowledgeable and careful adjusting my training programme. 10 months later my leg has fully recovered faster than my doctors expected and I can’t thank Brett enough for this! I recommend Brett to anyone that wants to take their health serious for 2023!
Fantastic experience: Was recommended by my chiropractor... He's very attentive to my needs and tailors workouts and practices for my fitness needs and conditions. Not only that but gives homework and workout you can do at home working towards the next session. Apart from that, he's genuinely a nice person, easy to get along with

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive when joining as I was going into Train with Brett. But I was put immediately at ease not just by Brett, but the lovely people who made me feel welcome in the gym classes. I wasn't too sure what to expect as I hadn't had a PT before. But 6 months in I feel fitter, healthier and stronger in mind and body. I have lost over 2 stone since joining. I have a good relationship with food, and feel like I can handle life's obstacles. I used to be very negative, and whilst I do have my bad days like most people, I choose to see the positives in everyday life. This is all thanks to Train with Brett for giving me the confidence and self esteem I lacked for so long. I would recommend highly recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough! Incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and capable PT - nursed me through a broken foot, and not only helped to speed up the recovery process but maintain a consistent level of fitness when I would otherwise probably have sat on the sofa for 6 weeks. Encouraging and motivational - would recommend to everyone (and I do!).
Fantastic experience: I was a little sceptical using a personal trainer as I thought it was going to be pushy and I would struggle to keep up, I needn't of worried, Brett was brilliant, he went at a steady pace and really took my level of ability into account. I can not recommend Brett highly enough.
