Fantastic experience: I went to Wayne aged 57 and very overweight and unfit to the point of not thinking my situation was recoverable . That was a 18 months ago. With Wayne's help I've lost weight, massively improved fitness and changed my lifestyle. I wouldn't have been able to do any of this by myself. I have no hesitation in recommending Wayne to anyone either as a one to one personal trainer or his small group sessions.

Fantastic experience: I'm on my 2nd 10 week programme with Wayne. My fitness levels and strength have improved massively. I lost weight before joining Wayne and my goal was to tone up which I'm noticing is happening. I have lost a few pounds since joining which is a bonus as that wasn't my main goal. The classes are hard, he pushes you when you think you can't do it but you can!. Mentally you feel great afterwards .They are also fun with great people. If you are thinking of joining Wayne do it. You will love it!

Fantastic experience: I was massively overweight when Wayne asked me if I'd like a crack at his programme. I was hesitant at first, but he assured me all would be fine..! I was met with a warm and friendly welcome from everyone entering the programme. Wayne definitely motivates you, and there's not a time when he's not there to help or advise you if you have any queries or questions. I've lost a considerable amount of weight, and I feel better at 52 than I did in my 30s. If you're looking to get fit and lose weight, this is the guy to see.. you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed the 10wk programme with Wayne, I’ve lost 19lb in total and feeling so much better, Can’t recommend Wayne enough if your looking to get fitter and mentally focused. Fantastic experience: Started with wayne in Jan about 2.5 stone over weight. Only been going 6 weeks and last 19 pounds already. Wayne's classes are hard work but fun at same time my fitness is so much better and so are my eating habits sticking to Wayne's plan best thing I've done for myself for years looking forwad to next camp

Fantastic experience: My son has trained with Wayne for roughly 4 years now, either boxing,or having PTS, Wayne is brilliant at what he does, instilling confidence and a positive mindset in everyone he teaches. He demands hard work and honesty, but guaranteed in return you get % of his time and knowledge. Fantastic experience: I started training with Wayne, after he was recommended by a friend. I have been with with Wayne now for 12 weeks and I have lost nearly 2 stone in weight, at 45 my fitness is at its best Its ever been and my mental health is at its best its ever been. He gives you a diet plan you can follow with weekly weigh in to check progress, Which I find very helpful. Wayne is very friendly and approachable and I feel like I can talk to him about any matter with complete confidence and I know it won't be discussed with anyone else. Wayne is reassuring but will also push you to your limits to get the best out of you. Can't thank Wayne enough for his help I will be training with him for the foreseeable future, I highly recommend his services to anybody.

In my experience seeing Wayne how he works in the gym doing the boxing sessions and personal one to ones with his clients. He always achieves results and puts all of his time into ensuring his clients achieve life changing results. This isn't just to do with fitness, there is a lot more stuff to do with the mental health; He helps improve the way you do things, the way you think (Your thought process cancelling out anything negative to become positives) only then can you move forward once you work on those things. One massive thing Wayne likes to do with everyone as a whole: Is to set goals and work towards achieving them constantly so you can become the best person you can be!
