Fantastic experience: I attend classes at the gym, and Adam is by far one of the best trainers I’ve come across. His classes are incredibly challenging and always leave me feeling breathless—in the best way! After each session, I feel like I’ve had a truly great workout. What sets Adam apart is his creativity; every class is unique, with something new and different to keep it fresh and exciting. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and his friendly, approachable nature makes the experience even more enjoyable. Adam is always smiling, and his positive attitude motivates everyone in the class. I highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for a great workout with a fantastic trainer.

Fantastic experience: “LETS GO” If you want results and to laugh (a lot ) then Adam is the PT for you! I’ve been going to the gym for most of my life and hands down Adam is the best PT I’ve ever met! I’ve been to many gyms over the years but only ever did classes as I was never sure what I was doing in the gym and how to use the machines properly. After doing a few of Adam’s Weights for Women classes I soon grew to love using the machines and doing my own workouts! Adam is so knowledgeable and really knows what he’s talking about, giving you lots of advice and tips along the way :) His classes are always very popular which says it all! Adam always encourages you to push yourself to get the best results, even when you don’t think you can! Can’t praise him enough, having Adam as your PT will be the best decision you make! Thank you Adam!! #TOPDOG

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended !!! I usually attend Adam’s group class such as booty camp, LBT and it’s amazing. He always encouraged us and pushed us to the limit. He also taught us different forms of exercise and explained it in details. I definitely see my body transformation after training with him.

Fantastic experience: Adam is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. I joined the small group training and all sessions are fun, motivating, and clearly guided by him, a knowledgeable and supportive trainer. I can’t recommend him enough!!! He’s the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Adam enough, 10/10! I've been to his classes and his group PT sessions, which were all really good His workouts are intense but really fun/enjoyable. Within a year, I went from hip thrusting 70kg to 140kg! He knows his stuff, he's passionate about his craft, and he has great people skills. Excellent trainer.

Fantastic experience: Adam is an exceptional personal trainer. He possesses extensive knowledge of equipment usage in the gym and effectively motivates me while ensuring my safety and he boosts my confidence. Fantastic experience: Adam's gym group classes are all fantastic! As a regular gym-goer, I genuinely enjoy his sessions. Through Adam's classes like LBT, body conditioning, and upper body sessions, I've made some great gym mates. One of them even referred to him as 'Top Dog' in the Gym Group fitness—and I wholeheartedly agree! Adam has an incredible ability to push me to heavier weight training, which I initially doubted myself capable of. Yet, he has this knack for gauging just how far I can go, which has significantly enhanced my gym experience. Thank you, Adam, for being an exceptional personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I've been learning exercise from Adam for about a year now. Initially, my goal was weight loss, and I treated exercise like a chore. However, since I started learning from him, I've gradually improved not only in weight loss but also in my overall fitness, strength, and enjoyment of exercise. Adam's greatest strength is his challenging yet attentive coaching ability. He always keeps an eye on my form, helping me learn the correct postures to avoid injury. At the same time, he doesn't let me become complacent. He introduces variations and more advanced techniques that push me to improve. Throughout this process, his encouragement and support have motivated me to give my best, resulting in a consistent sense of achievement. Additionally, when I first started learning from him, I had limited language skills, but he spoke clearly and concisely, making it completely easy for me to understand. He is very considerate and adapts to the needs of his clients. Adam not only possesses professionalism as a trainer but is also a kind and caring person. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn exercise.

Fantastic experience: I approached Adam to be my coach 3/4 months ago and it has been the best decision I have ever made. In 2023, I had got into a gym routine and was being consistent but wasn't progressing strength wise. Then 2024 came and life hit me like a tone of bricks and I just fell out of love with the gym and exercise. I lost the minimal amount of strength that I had and my motivation to go to the gym was basically none existent. Then Adam came in with his encouragement, support, expertise and training and completely changed me for the better. He introduced variation into my training and has always kept it fun and engaging. I look forward to every session with Adam, he pushes me to reach my goals and his kind, funny and friendly nature means that he is super easy to chat to (the last thing I wanted was a dry PT). In 3 months Adam has helped me smash so many PBs, from benching to squatting and everything in between. Before being coached by Adam, I was scared to barbell bench but he completely eradicated that fear and has helped me to progress immensely. Finally, when Adam is teaching me new movements I appreciate that he is concise and to the point in his explanations and he really helps me with the technique...and even when I get it wrong he is patient and clearly explains to me how I can rectify it. Even out of our sessions Adam is always there to offer support whenever I need it...and if I ever bottle it he is there to spur me on. Adam is more than a PT, he is your No.1 supporter and motivator. As a female client I can't recommend Adam enough, he has done me wonders and I am now the strongest and healthiest that I have ever been and I look forward to being coached by him in future. (5 stars doesn't do him justice he deserves 100)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Adam since September and have since seen a huge difference in my strength, body image, energy levels and confidence within the gym in general. I started with Adam to lose weight and to build muscle, as well as to become confident in going to the gym independently and knowing how to do an effective workout. I previously would not go to the gym without my boyfriend, but now I go 4+ times a week by myself. I have also never been as confident and happy about my body as I am now. Adam is such a great PT who pushes you to achieve your best and is genuinely such a nice person. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I have had several personal trainers in the past but AV fitness coach is by far the best, combining great knowledge along with a personal touch to get you the results you desire in the way which fits your lifestyle. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: During my sessions in the gym Adam has come across as a easy going, likeable and knowledgable person who is happy to help and give suggestions on how to Improve. This for me personally has made my experiences during training more enjoyable and equally as rewarding which has given me a lot of self confidence in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Having Adam as a PT has been one of the best decisions I have made! I remember starting the gym back in September having little to no confidence and high anxiety. However, ever since I started training with Adam, I have become much more confident going to the gym alone and I have noticed a huge change in my body composition. Asides from that, I have felt really comfortable and can go to Adam for any help or advice about anything. He has helped me not only in the gym but also with my mindset when it comes to body image for which I am super grateful for. The sessions are extremely fun and I look forward to them everytime, I would highly recommend!!
