E-Pulsive - West Hampstead

E-Pulsive offers 20-minute personal training sessions that harness the power of Electrical Muscle Stimulation, or EMS for short. It’s a relatively new way to work out without having to spend hours a week in the gym. We work closely with every client to help them achieve their target fitness level and body shape in the shortest time possible. Our location in West Hampstead at Studio society includes two of the UK’s most advanced immersive training studios, featuring floor to ceiling visuals, surround sound and choreographed lighting. The studios are designed to support the instructor with scenes tailored to each class that provide the optimum training environment.
