Fantastic experience: 3 weeks into my 6 week intro with the Strong Ladies club and I’m really enjoying it. I was a bit nervous at first but the ladies are very welcoming. Laura explains each exercise at the start and keeps an eye on you to make sure you’re doing it correctly. I will definitely keep going after the six weeks and recommend it to anyone looking to change up their training.
Fantastic experience: Super friendly, great support, the most helpful class I've attended (& I've been to alot!) Laura doesn't just instruct she helps you developed and gain knowledge. Such a positive and encouraging environment
Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a super-friendly, easy-going, confidence-inspiring women's weights class, this is the place for you. Laura explains each exercise at the start of every class so you never feel you won't know what you're doing, and she keeps an eye, tweaking form to make sure the exercises are safe and effective. It's a great atmosphere, always friendly, never intimidating, no matter your age, shape or ability. Plenty of parking too!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been to some different work out classes over the years and I’ve never really stuck to them. I think it’s because I’ve always felt like I won’t be able to keep up, don’t understand it or have taken a long time to recover but over the past few weeks I’ve been looking forward to going to both Strong Ladies Club and Strength & Sweat. This is all down to Laura and the team spirit felt in her classes. I’ve started to feel the benefits and as a result feel stronger and healthier. Thank you, Laura

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the classes here for over a year now and it's been the most fun. Laura is great at creating a space where she pushes you within your own abilities but also ensuring you're feeling comfortable in the group setting. It's truly a class for all women and abilities. It's also really great value for money!
Fantastic experience: I've been attending Laura's classes in shepperton twice-weekly for several months now and, coming from someone who had pretty much never set foot in a gym before this, I can't overstate how welcoming Laura and the rest of the women at the class are. Despite it being completely out of my comfort zone, Laura made sure I never felt nervous or embarrassed about being a total beginner. I've since seen massive improvements to my physical fitness and overall well-being, and the confidence I've gained in my own abilities has led me to trying new activities in the past few months that I never would have previously. I'd highly recommend the class to anyone who wants to give strength training a go in a low-pressure and friendly environment.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to Laura's Shepperton sessions for a few months and am really enjoying it. It's a brilliant atmosphere and we laugh as much as we sweat . I had a lot of injuries a few years ago following a traffic accident, and Laura has been really patient and helpful when I need to adapt exercises or swap them out completely, which I really appreciate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic experience: Laura doesn’t just train you like going through the motions, you really feel a part of something and spurred on. Any person can tell you to do certain exercises, Laura inspires you to feel great about it and push yourself.
Fantastic experience: Have been training with Laura since covid, when she kept me sane with her online classes. Now I go to her in person classes in Shepperton and honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Not only do they make me feel strong and powerful physically, but they are amazing for my mental health. The combination of Laura’s incredible attitude, motivation and encouragement (plus her fantastic knowledge of training, nutrition and women’s health issues) and the fantastic group of women that I’ve met through these classes. They are so much fun and I often ache almost as much from laughing as I do from the workouts! I really feel it when I have to miss them through work or illness. Absolutely recommend to any women of any level if you want to come away feeling happier, healthier, stronger and with a brilliant bunch of new friends too.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy strength training but often struggle with motivation & inspiration when training by myself. Lauras classes are great - you get the variety of different exercises, support on form & technique in a supportive, safe environment whilst being challenged in the right way (you can lift heavier than you think!!) Everyone is super friendly & encouraging , with WFH I love the social element as much as the exercise and there’s lots of options to choose from In the week - would highly recommend whether you are a total beginner or more advanced in fitness journey.
Fantastic experience: Laura is fabulous-she knows her stuff and is great at challenging you to get the results you want. I started working with her as I wanted to learn to lift weights properly to feel strong and healthy, keep my bones strong and generally feel good as I head into my 40s. In the 6 weeks I’ve been working with her I have already noticed an improvement in how strong I feel and I feel like I already made loads of progress. It wasn’t one of my goals but I’ve also noticed that my clothes are all fitting better and I feel leaner all over. Laura is great to work with-the PT sessions are fab and the home workouts are great.
Fantastic experience: I have always loved exercise but since COVID life and work commitments have taken over…. I saw Laura’s advert on Facebook and thought why not…… I can’t tell you how great the class is, every week there are different exercises set and the hour just flies past. The classes are small enough that Laura can give everybody attention and advice… honestly, it’s just brilliant!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never been a gym fanatic so the idea of doing it is something I find really out of my comfort zone. However this year I decided it was time I stopped moaning about my body confidence issues and do something about it. I did a session with Laura and I am so glad I did! I felt great after so much energy! I felt comfortable with her and other ladies in the group and she just pushed me enough to feel like I have had a work out but not over done it. She never pushes you into trying something that you feel is too much for you. Although its early days and i cant see a change physically, it has made a massive difference to me mentally. I am officially hooked!! I highly recommend her!
