Fantastic experience: been a member of Arnold's gym for 3 months now and I'm incredibly impressed. The gym itself is fantastic! The equipment is top-of-the-line and well-maintained, and there's plenty of space for everyone to comfortably work out. I especially appreciate the variety of machines and free weights available. the staff are always friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming atmosphere. highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Came here on a whim for a back day and have to say by far the biggest range and best quality machines I've used, would be inclined to join up but need a 24 hour gym for my schedule. Still highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Arnold's gym for about a year now and I can honestly say I feel I have found the best gym in Wirral. The equipment and facilities and spotless with hygiene stations all oner the place. I always see folk cleaning down equipment after the work out excellent gym etiquette. The equipment is brilliant as an older person I feel safe and after guidance confident I won't hurt myself.. The staff team are amazing so welcoming and always around to assist me if needed. The knowledge of the trainers has been invaluable to me as I have some health challenges. The trainers have guided me to ensure my safety while achieving my goals. My GP is delighted with my progress. I don't feel I would have achieved my health goals without this support. Arnolds Gym have created a wonderful community with no pressure or judgement to allow me to exercise safely and comfortably Thank you all at Wirrals Best Gym

Fantastic experience: Been training at Arnoulds since a few months after it opened. Since the first day it felt like my home from home- Gary, Emma and everyone down there makes you feel so welcome and the family community spirit really shines through. Great bunch of people, equipment second to none- positive and relaxed vibes all over! Ive managed to lose over 50kg since joining, absolutely changed my life and the staff and members have been nothing short of amazing with positivity and comments- absolutely love the place and will continue to be a member as long as it is open.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to arnoulds gym for around 5 months . I love how all the equipment is set out , making it much easier to flow through my session . The bathrooms are well maintained and i love how the showers are in private individual rooms, also comfortabe and spacious . I love the flexability of the memberships and also the option for day passes so people can try out the gym to see if they like it including classes. The gym is kept clean and tidy by staff , ive had positive interactions with all staff here, they are always on hand to give me advise and encouragement and there is always a smile and a nod to be had , .. the patrons of this gym are also very friendly , ive never felt any judgement or ego from anyone here and i always feel at ease walking through the doors . Its nice that everyone racks their weights after using equipment to keep gym hazard free and tidy they are all very respectful of this .. i also appriciate that this gym offers a discount to blue light workers and vertrens , its great to see that this gym gives something back to the people who support our communities and protect our country . Fantastic experience: I’ve been training for a few years now and recently moved to the area. This gym blows every other one I’ve trained at out the water. Amazing equipment and really good bunch of people down there. Almost don’t want people to know about it because it’s such a hidden gem but can’t not rate it.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym on the Wirral. The Equipment is on point and other members are very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see people respecting a gym and it’s fellow members. The staff on my induction were also brilliant and very knowledgable of the equipment.

Fantastic experience: After not training for a few years and really suffering with mental health and self confidence I took the decision too just go the gym and have a nose. After having a discussion with the lad behind the counter he gave me so much positive advice. I actually went tonight. I only done 20 minutes but the advice and positive comments from the staff really meant another and I will be sticking too routine. Thank you so much

Positive experience: Equipment is very good always a fan of panatta gum equipment needs a few peices and very clean and a presentable gym. Just needs fine tuning with some kit. But over all good. Would visit again.

It hosts the latest and best gym equipment there is to offer and is fully equipped with a huge range of free weights, cardio, and resistance stations. The gym is a family run business which gives it a personal and welcoming touch with friendly personal trainers (if needed). I can't express how good this gym is.

Fantastic experience: I have been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years now. As a personal trainer myself, I always find something I don’t like about a gym. Until I went to Arnoulds! Firstly the equipment is up to date, immaculate and has every piece you could possibly need. The staff are very friendly and members are welcoming!(no snarlers) The overall cleanliness of the gym is like no other, SLOTLESS 24/7! They offer a good range of classes and PT services! No chance I will be moving gyms anytime soon, I’ve found my home!

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few gyms over the years and used to get very nervous going in (as I'm a bit bigger than the usual gym regular!). But, after trying these out on a few day passes, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it's very laid back, doesn't feel judgey, you can hide round corners/upstairs etc if you're feeling extra anti-social (or make friends just as easily!). I've now become a member and really enjoy going; you're made to feel very welcome and that, to me, is very important. Thanks Emma, Gary and all the Staff.

Fantastic experience: Started a few months ago and was extremely anxious my first time. I'd been to a lot of gyms with toxic gym culture and always felt really uncomfortable and ended up leaving or to be honest feeling intimateded. Arnoulds gym is deliberately friendly and makes a keen point in making sure everyone, at all points of their fitness journey, welcome. I really look forward to my workouts now and it also helps that the members are super friendly and the gym is really spacious and clean! I love coming here and recomend everyone does too!

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to thank Gary Arnould for the support he has personally shown me ... as a man with bad mental health problems gary and other staff have been brilliant.. my medication made me extremely over weight, but now with a strict diet and consistency of training at 6am has changed me... my mental health issues will never go but this gym has been blessing and highly recommend for all people with any issue ...

Fantastic experience: Left total fitness after 17 years to join this family run gym, having dealing with injuries for years and reluctantly having a shoulder replacement at 35, I thought my days where numbered , but this gym made my training joyful again. , Very clean, precision equipment on joints and weights where put back on stands/ racks , staff are at hand for new beginners , and decent PT on board for advice reach your goals you want to achieve , friendly through out , highly recommend a visit if haven’t done so all ready , will not be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have been to so many gyms over the years and then joined Arnold’s with my sister 2 months ago and we honestly couldn’t be happier when working out! It really is the best gym by far! Everyone is so friendly and the personal training is absolutely amazing! Working with Lucy has enhanced my confidence in the gym and she has been a legend so thank you! We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Love the fact it’s family run and friendly! You guys should be very proud :)

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t stepped foot in the gym for around 5 years and desperately wanted to get back into it and improve my fitness. 4 months on and I never dreamed I would be the girl who is at the gym every morning at 5:30! Even on my day off! I love the atmosphere, it’s like you’ve stepped into a ready made family, full of love, fun and support.
