Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with lots of great equipment, and lots of space. Very friendly staff, Adam, Dan and team are very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Negative experience: These people preach about mental health but actively go out of their way to damage other people's. Not who they portray themselves to be at all. You can never train in the open area of the gym with all the classes and personal trainers taking up the space. Other places are available for better quality and cheaper prices. And better attitudes.

Fantastic experience: A great facility in North Wales. It would not be out of place in a city. Top notch facilities.

Fantastic experience: Great coaches and a fantastic bunch of people to train with who have become my fitness family. Highly motivational sessions, different every time. Nothing else like it which is why I have stuck at it for about 8 years.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a great set up for all abilities. Or, try the outdoor boot camps throughout the week with a Saturday beach session on top! Lots of great energy and run by 2 top coaches. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the CXF group. I first joined in 2016 and they've helped me feel the fittest and happiest I've been, especially post children when I've felt the need to put that extra effort in to regain fitness and enjoy some me time. They really push and encourage you to break your own boundaries and they're all a very supportive and friendly bunch. I enjoy using the gym, but the boot camp classes are my favourite - they're very sociable and lots of fun!

Fantastic experience: Taking that first step on a fitness journey can be quite daunting but at CXF it’s not just about the exercise. It’s about being part of a team, having a few laughs, making some fantastic friends and enjoying getting fit along the way. They’re a very welcoming crowd with great instructors too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I go all the time although I absolutely love my fitness now I mainly go to do what I love with my best people.ive met the bestest of friends here and all the support adam and Dan do with everyone is above and beyond.its a amazing place and I do highly recommend their classes.all different ability and we all work through it together...that's just what we all need too.wouldnt recommend anywhere else othan than this place we're all like one big mad happy family there

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start CXF wellness is just one of a kind, Adam & Dan are super friendly, kind and warm.Their knowledge and experience is incomparable ! I joined CXF not really thinking I would be consistent or even that I needed it but I changed my life and I did need this. I’ve always been active danced to keep fit but for someone who had never even looked at a kettle bell I now swing 20kg. Not only has it changed the way I see fitness but has helped me in ways I never Thought it could, at CXF I am part of a community everyone is so lovely with over 40 regulars attending classes it been amazing to speak and build friendships with people who’s paths would never have crossed mine otherwise. CXF’s new facility THE PUMPHOUSE is hands down the best place to train in North Wales a stunning gym full equipped with the best and just the best people! No where like it ! Thanks CXF for changing my mindset forever grateful
