Fantastic experience: Equinox10 elite fitness and performance centre has only been open for a week and already it feels like home to most members. I say home because it's a place where you feel comfortable, confident, accepted and surrounded with so much support! It's not only a gym but a community were like minded people can go and work out and at the same time enjoy it & have a laugh! & if you are anything like me start a little friendly competition which in turns pushes you to go that little further or egg you on to a bigger weight. If the friendly rivalry doesn't do it for you then there is a team of professional Equinox10 personal trainers on hand for one to one sessions or morning/lunchtime/ evening classes. These guys really know their stuff! They know just how far you can truly be pushed and how to help you achieve your goals with new exciting and sometimes CRAZY workouts. Tip: If you think you are super fit and workout more than most ... Just try out a session with Scotty Russell ( founder/ daddy of equinox10 ) you will be amazed at how wrong you were. Sickness facilities on site haha After being a member at all your usual suspect gyms... This is definitely the place for me. No juice heads, posers or machine hogs here just awesome people working out together in a clean friendly and truly amazing atmosphere :)
