Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough. Vindi and Kam are the best in the business and their knowledge is second to none. Training with Vindi has increased my strength, stamina and muscle definition whilst my body fat levels have reduced all whilst having fun and still enjoying the foods i love!

Fantastic experience: Best thing I did was to contact this studio for help in getting into shape and building strength and some muscle shape. Vindi has been a great help setting me up with some fun but challenging workouts. I wasn't sure how to eat for my body type but with Vindi's help we nailed the nutrition. Totally recommend these guys and their studio is fantastic for all types of training.

Fantastic experience: A local business ran by a couple. Extremely helpful with creating a nutritional plan and also a fitness programme for body sculpturing. Highly recommended. They also make fresh protein shakes which are a must to try.
