Fantastic experience: Just meeting Kerry has been one of my all time life highlights and she deserve her flowers. Ask the universe and it shall deliver. Kerry was exactly what I needed; a PT who understands women's bodies, minds, and the juggle struggle! We chat, we workout & we progress but we don't digress because we have goals and Kerry delivers. Sometimes a good chat is worth more than a 100 workouts because we work our mind and become stronger and this is what Kerry intuitively just gets. I believe Kerrie has worked so hard to create a valuable space for herself in this industry & a seat at the table - there are too many gaps. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Kerry enough! Have loved our sessions over the last 12 months; a great PT so in tune with what I need at each session and actually able to have a good giggle whilst doing it. I’ve also had a great scar tissue massage after c-section and Kerry’s been such a supportive confidant during our occasional therapeutic session! Thanks for everything Kerry!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Kerry enough. If you are sitting on the fence on whether to get started with Kerry, do it! She is highly skilled in so many areas.I joined for regular PT sessions but she is knowledgeable in so many other areas too. She’s so calming and genuine. I enjoyed every session with Kerry and I learnt so much. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Kerry for a few Therapeutic Coaching sessions. She has such a calm manner and has really enabled me to move forwards in some areas I have been struggling with. I love that her sessions take an holistic mind and body approach - especially with the breathwork! I could literally feel my heart beat slower. Fantastic experience: I had a new mom massage with Kerry and it was exactly what I needed. The massage was brilliant and relaxing, Kerry accommodated for every need coming to my house with all the equipment needed. Kerry is very professional but also a caring and kind person. I’ll definitely be booking another massage soon.

Fantastic experience: Having tried various PT’s and trainers, Kerry is the first and only to make me feel heard and comfortable. I have always struggled with my relationship with food and Kerry really helped me to understand why I was doing this and how to take regular small steps to make big changes. She always listened and really guided me. I never felt pushed to do anything but always felt motivated to with her support. When it comes to working out, she not only taught me new ways of working my body but reminded me of the enjoyment that comes from it and how to get the most from a workout. I honestly can’t recommend Kerry enough. My whole outlook on food and exercise has changed in the time we’ve been working together and aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, she is just a lovely person to work with!

Fantastic experience: I started 1-1 Holistic Core Restore sessions with Kerry in Jan 23. I can not recommend her enough, she’s incredibly supportive and creates such a safe and comfortable space for your sessions. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health and the post natal journey. She takes the time to understand what you want and need from the sessions and tailors them to suit. She also explains the exercises so clearly that you have confidence when doing your homework. I can feel such a difference in my core and understand my body in a way I didn’t before. It’s great to work with someone who clearly understands what’s it’s like as a new mom, I only wish I’d started the classes earlier!

Fantastic experience: When I first decided to get a PT, I never expected it to last as long as it did. In my mind I just wanted to keep my energy levels up whilst pregnant. However, because of how great Kerry is, I ended up having sessions for nearly a year and a half! Over this time Kerry made multiple programs that were suited to me and my goals at different stages of my pregnancy journey; recovering from a c section; my diastasis recti and getting back to full fitness and playing sport again. The sessions had the right amount of challenge and loved how they could also fit in around the home using every day things like my sofa! Any equipment I didn’t have she posted to me so I wouldn’t be without. Kerry never made me feel pressurised to do my workouts or “homework” (which was a fear of mine when considering having a PT!). Kerry always gauged our sessions on how I was feeling on the day - be it full of energy or severely sleep deprived! Sometimes we just spent time talking through the trials of motherhood and Kerry always advocated the importance of mum time. She gave me so many great ideas not just for my fitness but for my nutrition, structuring family life and my mental health. Kerry really gave me a holistic experience and I am so grateful for all the time and effort she put in with me.

Fantastic experience: I started Kerry's in-person class at Moor Pool Hall in January when my little one was about 3 months old. It was just what I needed to feel better about my post natal recovery and fitness. Kerry is super supportive, and because she's been there too, she just gets it! She provides a very thorough questionnaire before you start so she knows exactly where you're at and whether you have any injuries or post natal recovery that she needs to be aware of. It's lovely to meet like-minded women who are on their own baby journey and no matter your fitness level Kerry makes it completely accessible. As well as the in-person class Kerry runs, she also includes online classes, as well as nutrition and joint/muscle pain advice as part of her monthly subscription. Kerry is amazing and I would definitely recommend using Female Fitness Matters for all your fitness needs! ☺️
Fantastic experience: Kerry is a very confident and experienced fitness instructor. Having trialed her postnatal exercise class in person, I am now excited to see the benefits of having regular classes with Kerry. Kerry provided varied workouts that suit all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Kerry has been the most fantastic support for the 4 years since my son was born. I first met her when I was pregnant - my work schedule didn't really allow for me to join classes regularly - in fact I think I only joined one! - but she made me feel welcome and part of the group from the beginning. I attended postnatal classes for a while, and particularly enjoyed the social element of these as a new mum, but returned to work quite quickly, which disrupted this routine. I then started 1-2-1 personal training, which I continued on a weekly basis for about 3 years (I only stopped because I moved 200 miles away). Kerry has an in-depth understanding of postnatal recovery and her tailored sessions have built my strength and confidence and (as almost the only hour I have for myself each week) have kept me sane. Through multiple lockdowns, we took our sessions online and she came up with all sorts of creative ways to vary the sessions - including filling a handbag with my son's wooden bricks to use as a kettlebell! - I couldn't recommend her more highly and am hugely grateful for her support, encouragement and friendship.
Fantastic experience: I took part in Kerry’s nutrition jumpstart for three weeks at the start of November 2021. My aim at the start was not really to lose weight (I had assumed that my weight had pretty much plateaued post kids) but to try and understand a bit more about how I was fuelling my body particularly as I had been diagnosed with PCOS and rosacea which can be linked to diet. I learnt so much on this course. I found the format really engaging without being at all onerous. The short daily videos were easy to fit into my days or just catch up on a few at once – they gave the key information, started us thinking and Kerry additionally provided further resources we could look at in more detail. The lessons covered such a broad range of topics – from what you might expect like the impact of sugar, gut health and meal prep but also covering other areas of your life that your eating habits might impact or vice versa such as sleep, stress and your menstrual cycle. There was also the support of a whatsapp group to share experiences and ideas from other jumpstart members. Kerry herself participated a lot in the group and took the time to directly engage each participant.. She was unbelievably supportive and never judged the participants even when we absolutely fell off the wagon. She was always there to help us help ourselves by asking us to think about why we had taken a particular course of action. One of her key lessons that I found so useful was that you can have a bad day but that doesn’t mean you give up. Just start again with the next meal. In summary, whilst I actually did end up losing some of that stubborn weight, the key benefit for me is that the nutrition jumpstart has absolutely reset my way of thinking about food. I really started seeing each meal as a choice. For example, in a restaurant I could choose to stuff myself and end up feeling uncomfortable or I could choose to take some home (leftovers for the next day win!). If I had a bad day or didn’t feel good about what I’d eaten I had the choice to turn that around the next day. Everything sounds so simple but that’s the real beauty of this course; it’s about making fundamental, and more importantly sustainable, changes in your attitude. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to make some lasting changes above a quick fix.

Negative experience: Firstly I regretfully leave such a low rating but I can only be honest with my personal experience when I attended. I went for a taster session back in 2019 after my second daughter was born. On first impression it was great we were in a big hall with equipment , but unfortunately I didn’t feel very welcomed by Kerry I’m afraid I felt a little uncomfortable in the lesson and I know this is a little late written after two years however I still get the emails on my email and realised how much my experience had left me feeling so bad. I am not sure why, I maybe felt like being a young mother I would have been supported a little more but quite the opposite. Sorry can only be honest here, maybe it was a bad day. In conclusion unwelcoming experience for me
Thanks for your honesty Inas. I'm sorry to hear to hear you felt that way. It sounds like you needed much more than a 60-minute Boxercise class. And I wish you'd said something two years ago when I followed up, rather than saying that you felt good and would be back the next week. I've supported thousands of women over the years and I'm part of a network of amazing individuals who provide much wider support as needed - we could've helped. I hope you're in a better place now.

Fantastic experience: I got in touch with Kerry to help me get back into exercise after a C section in December. Before pregnancy I was a keen runner, and although I was desperate to get back out there I was unsure what I should and shouldn't be doing. Kerry was totally brilliant, and thanks to her carefully tailored weekly sessions I am now feeling so much stronger physically, and (perhaps as important!) I have also gained the confidence to get back out there doing the sports I love. She has been so supportive and encouraging, and is always happy to talk openly and honestly about how you're *really* feeling. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough; I wish this level of support was available to all postnatal women!

Fantastic experience: Kerry’s classes are excellent. From initial contact, including a text the night before my first session, to the Whatsapp group used for keeping us updated about classes Kerry is very professional, friendly and organised. She utilises a huge range of equipment in each session and varies the activities from week to week. She’s also very flexible and accommodating if you can’t make a class. She’s made the transition back into exercising after having my daughter enjoyable and manageable.

Fantastic experience: I found Kerry through Facebook shorty after having my first child and she was also recommended by friends. I initially had 3 one to one sessions with her where she gave a tailored pan for my c section recovery that saw me in a few weeks have the confidence and energy to join her postnatal fitness classes which are so fun, friendly and convenient with a babysitter provided (or exercises adapted to hold clingy baby!). I also joined several nutrition jumpstarts and have more recently gone back to one to one sessions as I am pregnant again - Kerry has been so helpful in finding quick wins to lead a more healthy lifestyle and keep myself fit and strong through pregnancy and postnatally and has an incredible way of doing it without acting like a drill sergeant but still holding me to account. She keeps in contact between meetings and is happy to provide additional guidance, videos or links as “homework” too - but again not pushy about it so you can go at your own pace. I cannot recommend Kerry enough as a supportive, knowledgeable and friendly advocate for your total wellbeing as a mum.

Fantastic experience: Kerry’s post natal classes have been an absolute god send. Having them available online to join live or catch up on has been brilliant throughout lockdown. I’ve loved this flexibility with having two children at home with me. Kerry goes above and beyond with the personal support she offers. Having had 2 c-sections, this has felt really important to me as at times I’ve felt nervous about what exercise I could and couldn’t do. I would also highly recommend Kerry’s nutrition jumpstart. Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying the exercise classes with Kerry. All activities have many different difficulty levels allowing you to chose exactly the right level of challenge. The classes have been a great introduction to my first exercise after childbirth, especially after a fairly sedentary pregnancy. I can really see the difference in my fitness between classes, and after just a few classes I was able to try some of the more challenging activities. In addition, if life is busy you can watch back the exercise videos in your own time. Kerry really cares for all of her customers, taking the time to get to know everyone. I especially like the daily tips, challenges and ideas that we are sent. Thank you Kerry.

Fantastic experience: I followed Kerry’s classes through lockdown 1 and 2. They are diverse enough to take me from postpartum and recovering from a c section onto a higher level of fitness. There are always alternatives given for different fitness levels and to accommodate changing bodies. The social media groups that run along side are friendly and inclusive and really help you stay motivated. Kerry is always quick to respond to questions and offer encouragement. I’ve really enjoyed all of it!

Fantastic experience: I went to group classes with my first kid, which were great, so after a tough pregnancy loss I needed something to get me up and going again, and knew Kerry was the person to ask. Fantastic experience: I was given a new mom moment as a present as I had a baby 7 weeks before my birthday, I wasn’t sure what to expect except a lovely massage (which is always exciting!) but the whole experience with Kelly was so great! We talked about my pregnancy, birth and recovery and what my aims were post natally. She showed me exercises to strengthen my core and pelvic floor and to help me get back into exercise after having a baby. Then the massage was great, I came away feeling looser and much less tense in my back and shoulders from breastfeeding! Kerry followed up by sending me a video of her doing the exercises we talked about so I had a reminder of what to do! Excellent service and Kerry is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Kelly's classes via zoom while we're in lockdown and it's great to have the live classes to give me focus and motivation to get at least one good workout in a week, but also having the recorded classes available to do when I can at other times throughout the week is great! I've had a lot of backache lately as my core is weak since being pregnant and Kelly's exercises being specifically tailored for postnatal mums have really helped, and I actually look forward to her classes every week

Fantastic experience: Kerry’s classes have been my saviour! I first found out about them when my first born was six months old and I wished I had known about them sooner. When I found out I was pregnant with twins, they were the first thing I signed up to when they were born. They are a great way of getting out of the house, meeting mums in similar situations and getting your fitness back on track. Kerry is flexible, easy to talk to and with her wealth of knowledge anything pregnancy and postpartum, she has been and still is my first go to! Fantastic experience: I've just finished Kerry's nutrition jumpstart and that's exactly what it is! I have so much more energy than before, even with cutting out coffee for 3 weeks! I am so much more confident in meal planning for me and my family due to her guidance. Kerry's daily videos breakdown the topics into easily digestible nuggets and the group discussion around them really solidifies the concepts in your mind. Also Kerry's guilt free approach really allows for the spanners that day-to-day life can throw at any new eating plan. It's a great idea, lots of fun, and I strongly urge anyone to join in for the next one!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed Kerry's pregnancy classes, exercises pitched just right and you could work as hard as you wanted to or take it easy if you needed to! Great chance to meet some lovely ladies and chat all things babies. I also had a pregnancy massage from Kerry which I would thoroughly recommend. I couldn't wait to get back to class after the arrival of my little one - definitely helped get my mojo back with exercises tailored to recovery.

Fantastic experience: I go to the postnatal class. Kerry is very accommodating and I like how she shows several options for the exercise, so I would recommend the class to anyone who wants to start getting active postpartum. It's hard to be motivated to exercise when you're alone with the baby, but when you're at the class with Kerry and other mums, you feel like you're not alone and that makes me push through the class. Whenever I finish the class, I always feel so refreshed and good for myself so it's helping me physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Kerry’s classes enough. Kerry is such a knowledgeable, warm and genuine person. I had a separation of my abdominal muscles following the birth of my daughter. Kerry kindly tailored the exercises for me during her classes to ensure I was working out but doing so safely and gave me lots of tips and what I should be mindful to improve my core abdominal strength After just 7 weeks with Kerry’s help my physiotherapist said my abdominal gap had closed and was impressed with how quickly I had rectified it, which was all down to kerry. The classes have a friendly environment and there is the added bonus of having another person to occupy the little ones whilst the moms workout The classes are worth every penny and you won’t regret coming along

Fantastic experience: Great class. It is adapted to your own ability so you can do as little or as much as you can manage. I started ten weeks after c section but after the first class it was too much for my body and had to have a break. Kerry modified the work out to what would suit my body and I have been going now for six months. Feel much better in myself following all the changes my body has been through. Great that there is a baby sitter and play area on site so my baby is well looked after I can do my workout. Thank you Kerry!

Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed this class. With the supervised baby corner, I've been able to do something for me and it's really helped my recovery, and overall wellbeing over the past 6 months. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Kerry’s post natal classes for over a year and I’ll keep going until she kicks me out! It’s hard to exercise with a baby but Kerry’s so accommodating. I love the flexibility of the classes as well, there’s easier options for when you’re not feeling so good one day and harder options when you need a challenge and no pressure to do one or the other.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Kerry's pregnancy exercise class and it has been so much more than I was expecting. The support and guidance has been amazing and the opportunity to meet and connect with other pregnant women going through the same experiences and sharing advice and guidance in such a supportive setting has been invaluable in taking away any first time mum anxiety! I have also received the most amazing massage from Kerry to help with horrible hip pain, where she explained everything she was doing clearly to me and made me feel so at ease. I will be sticking with Kerry for the duration of my pregnancy and afterwards too if she'll have me! And I would recommend her without any hesitation to any expectant mums out there!

Fantastic experience: Kerry is a fantastic PT, I was feeling very low following post pregnancy but with Kerrys positive outlook, compassion and motivation I was able to get myself mentally and physically fit. She provides workouts tailored to your specific needs and enhances them week on week. Kerry also adds the extra touch by contacting you in her own time to see how you are feeling and will send you workouts to do in your spare. Kerry is more than committed but most importantly makes you believe that anything is possible. Kerry has been amazing support for me and I absolutely love working out with her. Fantastic experience: Have been attending Kerry's pregnancy exercises classes and absolutely love them. I've actually just handed my notice at my gym as I wasn't going enough and was only using one piece of equipment when I went there (now in my 3rd trimester). Kerry's classes allow me to do more of a variety of a workout that's still safe to do until baby arrives! Plus I love meeting other mums and our cooling down time which each week includes a pregnancy/baby related discussion. Highly recommend! I also had a 90 minute home massage which was fantastic. Really relaxing. So much so that I even went into labour the next day!!

Fantastic experience: As a mom of two, I sleep in all sorts of places and position, as long as kids sleep for longer. Massage is great way to feel yourself again. I'm no stranger to massages, but never had a personalised massage to tuckle my painful spots. Kerry explained what she will do and how the session will go. After the massage session, I remember sitting down and feeling my back being light and stretched out.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I found Kerry's FFM. I had a very bad back pain which simply disappeared after taking these antenatal gym classes. In addition to that you get to meet other mums to be, share experiences and much needed tips! We also benefit from having healthcare speakers (first aid, midwifes and more). Kerry is very pleasant to work with; she is very knowledgeable in the sports side of things but also in relation to pregnancy in general. Really fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I have participated in Birthfit and Mumfit classes with Kerry, and absolutely loved both! Kerry is a fountain of knowledge about all things to do with pregnancy, postpartum recovery and exercise. She is also an absolute delight to be with - and has supported me with highs and lows throughout our journey. She includes lots of pelvic floor and diastasis prehabilitation and rehabilitation, and offers exercise options throughout so you can work at your own level. She emphasises safe controlled exercise throughout, and I felt very comfortable attending her classes with postpartum complications. The childcare support in classes is also helpful and enabled me to exercise in the early days. I have also enjoyed meeting lots of active like-minded mummies. I cannot recommend her classes enough.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Kerry’s classes enough! I I started Birthfit around 14 weeks and Mumfit 3 months pp. It was important to me to continue to exercise throughout pregnancy but I wanted to be sure I was doing it safely, so birthfit was perfect. The social/wellbeing side to the classes was great too. I met other mums-to-be in the area and was reassured each week that my pregnancy symptoms were all too normal! Mumfit has been great for my recovery, as well as meeting up with other mins. Kerry gives variants of an exercise so you can work at your pace, depending on where you are in your recovery.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best postnatal fitness classes in town! Highly recommended. The Boxercise class on Thursday mornings is my favourite, it's a proper workout and a great stress release for stressed new mums. The classes are very flexible and the supervised corner for children is genius. You can exercise in peace, but still are able to see your baby. Kerry is an amazing teacher with boundless energy and delivers fun and challenging classes. I also highly recommend Kerry for her massages, my neck and back felt absolutely amazing after I had one.

Fantastic experience: It is great activity for mums who would like to get back to shape after pregnancy. The classes are fantastic, full of positive energy! Fantastic experience: I had Diastasis Recti following the birth of my son and wanted to get back to exercising safely and build strength. Kerry put together a tailored 6 week programme to build core strength. It was lovely to have an hour a week of 'me time' and the exercises were in small chunks that I could incorporate into a busy week. I felt so much stronger in such a short time and I was amazed that within 6 weeks my diastasis had pretty much healed! Thanks so much, Kerry!

Fantastic experience: Using my husbands account to post: I joined the group at 14 weeks pregnant based on an online review and I have to say at 29 weeks I haven’t looked back. Kerry makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the minute you join the class and it has been a fantastic support to me meeting local women and sharing experiences while also getting healthy and exercising regularly. Fantastic experience: Kerry’s boxercise class has been a great way to get back into fitness postnatally. Classes are fun and varied but still challenging. The baby area with babysitter means that I can get the most from the class and do something for myself while baby is entertained. Kerry is very knowledgable about postnatal health and fitness and is a great source of advice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Kerry runs an excellent fitness class. I particularly like that she accommodates children and has an area for babies/toddlers, as well as someone on hand to help keep an eye on the little ones, without this I would struggle to fit in any exercise during the week.

Fantastic experience: I started Kerry’s anti natal class at 13 weeks and now attend her mumfit class. These classes have been a major part of my pregnancy/ new Mum journey. Kerry is incredibly knowledgeable and has always been a massive support! I also completed a nutritional challenge with Kerry which was an amazing way to help me kick start my post partum recovery. The challenge was highly informative and looked at relationships with food, exercises and was well tailored to my level of recovery. I would very highly recommend Kerry’s classes to any pregnant or new Mum.

Fantastic experience: I joined Kerry’s fitness class when I was 14 weeks pregnant. I wanted to keep fit and do exercises that I knew were safe for me and baby. Fantastic experience: Kerry’s Mumfit class is a great way to get back into fitness after your baby arrives in the world. It is also a fab way to meet other mums who are going through the same things as you, as well as getting a good sweat on! Having a child minder in the room really helps so you can still workout but be happy that your baby is in good hands. Kerry is really welcoming and provides a great atmospere to start strengthening your body again in a safe environment.

Fantastic experience: I started Kerry’s classes while pregnant as I wanted to keep up my fitness level but with exercise that was safe and appropriate for pregnancy. It was great to meet a lovely group of expectant mums and feel like I’d actually done a workout. Postnatally, I started her mum and baby classes which were fab - an intense workout with a babysitter in the corner so no need to worry about the baby. I then progressed to her evening class which is much more intense and geared towards women 6 months postnatal and beyond. Kerry is a motivational trainer and a wealth of knowledge on women’s health and fitness. I would highly recommend her classes! She has also recently qualified in sports massage therapy and I was lucky enough to be a client during her training. She is professional and respectful in her approach to massage and sensitive to particular problem areas - not the painful ‘sports massage’ that some people may fear.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. It is so nice to be able to do sport when you have a baby all day with you. You come just the way you are and do what you can (or what your baby let you do ), nobody is judging you in Kerry’s classes.

Fantastic experience: One of the best! Usually I find it very difficult to give a good rate to a fitness class as I am quite demanding but with Kerry everything is at highest standards! First of all the questionaire you need to fill in before going for a class is very detailed and gives you reassurance that she really cares! Then she actually looks over it and once in class she keeps a record of any other new pains/issues you might experience. She always tries to accommodate, if possible, for another class when the one I’ve booked I’ve missed. Once in class she checks every person to make sure they are doing the movements in the right way. Everytime there are a couple of new types of movements, which again gives me reassurance that she is dedicated and tried to keep the class engaged.Love the boxercise!! And the baby corner is fantastic as the last thing you need is to think about any baby drama. Overall I totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have found Kerry' postnatal fitness classes are a fantastic way to get back into shape after giving birth (mentally and physically!) It's not all about losing weight, although energetic classes will help with that, Kerry focuses specifically on strengthening muscles weakened by pregnancy/labour - something you won't find in regular exercise classes. It is also great socially too...I have met lots of other lovely mums through the classes and my baby seems to enjoy his hour in the activity corner too!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Kerry’s class when I was suffering from postnatal depression with a 3 month old baby who screamed every time I tried to leave the house and would only be held by me. I was sceptical about the class, considering myself incredibly unfit, and I wouldn’t have considered it under any other circumstances but it was one of the only things I felt I could do with him where I could have a break, and felt like something positive I could do to make myself feel better. Kerry’s classes are suitable for absolute beginners like I was but continue to challenge you as your fitness improves with different options. The babysitter does an amazing job keeping all the babies happy, though it’s totally acceptable if you need to take a break to feed or settle your baby...or indeed if your baby needs to ‘help’. The combination of activities in each class mean although you’re doing a lot it doesn’t feel intimidating. Thanks to these classes, I am fitter, stronger and more confident than I’ve ever been and I absolutely love it! Pre-pregnancy I’d get out of breath walking up the stairs. I recently spent over an hour walking up and down hills with an uncooperative 2 year old on my shoulders and didn’t even break a sweat. The classes and my drastically improved fitness have massively improved my mental heath too. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Kerry and her classes to anyone no matter what their level of fitness. My son is generally a delightful baby now but I’ll be eternally grateful to Kerry and her classes for helping me through a truly harrowing period of my life.
Motherhood is both the best and the toughest of jobs Sharon and stories like yours are really humbling and make me feel very privileged to be able to help. As much as the world does revolve around the little ones, you matter more and I'm so pleased that I've been able to play a small role in helping you to find a happier, healthier you. Fantastic experience: I joined Kerry's postnatal fitness classes after being recommended by a friend. They are tailored specifically for post partum mum's and suitably low impact to help build strength. I've really enjoyed the classes, built my fitness and strength, made friends within the classes and everyone can go at their own pace. I am able to attend with my baby which is a huge advantage as it's my only real time I can work out! Kerry really knows her stuff about women's fitness. I had a knee op pre pregnancy which physio hadn't really got up to speed. Kerry's low impact classes have really helped heal that too. Thoroughly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Pregnancy fitness classes are great - a proper workout! And Kerry is so knowledgeable about how to do the exercises safely and with maximum impact. Fantastic experience: I joined one of Kerry's online nutrition challenges which was great. She went into loads of detail around foods that are healthy and filling before incorporating exercise. I felt this was easier to follow as I wasn't bombarded with changing everything at once. It's something I'm definitely going to be going back to following once Christmas & New Year are out the way.

Fantastic experience: I was dreading taking my 2-month-old to an exercise class because of the potential baby-drama! Kerry made me feel so welcome though- I forgot why I had been so anxious in the first place! The classes have such a welcoming environment and I look forward to every session. All the exercises are creative and fun and I just love them!
Fantastic experience: I couldn't have been happier doing any other activity during the first few months after my first baby's delivery. Getting back to fitness is probably what your body (and your MIND) deserves the most during these wonderful but hard months. Joining Kerry and the rest of mums to do varied and mindfully designed workouts every week didn't only help feeling healthier but ensuring it was done in a safe way after a troublesome delivery. I will definitely repeat for the second one if circumstances allow!
Fantastic experience: Excellent post baby fitness class. Has helped me to feel physically strong and fit again after feeling very weak post baby. Really good atmosphere in class and the fact you can take baby along is a bonus. Kerry is an excellent instructor, making each class different and interesting.
