Fantastic experience: I have had years of tension in my neck/shoulders. Got to the point were I finally booked up with Emma, who was recommended, for deep tissue massage. Why did I not do this sooner? It is pure me time in this busy world, I feel totally at ease with Emma with her caring nature and ability. After a few weekly sessions, I now require monthly. It has genuinely improved my pain and I feel more in control when it starts being present again, knowing I have a pre-booked session with Emma.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the gym for a number of years and it is the best around. Really good and well maintained equipment. Classes are small and bespoke. PT is well rounded with the range of staff. Never had to wait for any equipment. Well located and free parking. My wife wouldn’t go anywhere else for a massage. Truly a gem!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Rebel Rebel highly enough. I was always very anxious about being in a gym. After trying a commercial gym if anything my anxiety was worse. I joined rebel over a year ago and I'm fitter, stronger and couldn't go without my weekly workouts! A well equipped private gym with a very knowledgeable team of PT's and various beauty and massage treatments available. And it's not just workouts I've made so many new friends training here. There's no gym quite like rebel!!

Fantastic experience: I had Adrian as a PT for years and have been at the gym since its opening. The staff are friendly and approachable to anyone whether you’re just starting out at the gym or an every day gym user. Gym members are all respectable and an all round nice environment. Been going here for a long time and will do for a lot longer after trying other gyms I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Rebel Rebel is an inclusive and welcoming gym with a positive atmosphere. Great range of equipment, classes and personal training sessions offered. The staff are really helpful, friendly and serve great coffee to finish the session! I would highly recommend Vinnie as a personal trainer! He’s been nothing but encouraging and supportive in me achieving my personal goals. Since I’ve started training with Vinnie, he’s helped me gain more confidence in myself to levels I previously thought were unachievable. I look forward to every session! Kath has really helped me to improve my fitness level within the last 2 months. I partake in Kath’s metcon classes which are engaging, challenging and have really helped to push me out of my comfort zone.

Fantastic experience: I had an AMAZING massage with Emma! Everything from the set up of the treatment room right down to the massage itself was incredible. I don't get to visit Emma very often since I live abroad but every time I do, the massage is second to none! In all these years I haven't found a massage therapist anywhere near as good. I felt amazing afterwards and I definitely fell asleep. I also noticed that evening that for the first time in months I was able to sleep with my head turned to the right completely pain free. whilst in town I also took part in RebelRebel's Misfits class last weekend and it was amazing. I can't remember the last time I visited a gym and I have certainly never felt confident enough to make my way over to the weights section. This was my first time using a barbell, lifting balls/sandbags and flipping tyres. Coach Adrian was very helpful and helped me with my form and technique. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my ability. The members in my group were really helpful and encouraging too. I didn't feel intimidated nor embarrassed. Despite being a novice I felt at ease. What I loved the most was the Misfits community. Not only was everyone pleasant, friendly and welcoming but also encouraging, supportive and ready to celebrate other peoples achievement regardless of their lifting abilities. If I lived locally I'd be a regular attendee. I can't wait to be able to take part next time I am in town!

Fantastic experience: Nic has completely changed my view on what a good work out is. She (along with all of the team) recognise exercise isn’t a “one size fits all”. I have always been rubbish at and not enjoyed physical activities - thanks to being PT’ed by Nicola I am stronger and healthier plus I actually now enjoy going to the gym for a workout… I even missed it when I was on holiday. It helps that the gym is also a fantastic inclusive space for all. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Adrian and the team are amazing! The knowledge and support is just on another level. Started with the aim of losing weight and getting fitter but have accomplished so much more and have ended up with a great gang of new friends/family! Had to edit my review as Rebel rebel are at a new location which is amazing!! Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Emma for massage when I realised that my shoulder and upper back mobility had decreased to almost zero... Emma has worked wonders, the massages have been amazing and, with the addition of targeted exercises recommended by Emma, I am back to almost full mobility. Emma's massages have become part of my regular health and well-being routine. The gym looks great and the treatment room is very peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend Rebel Rebel massage to anyone looking for some muscle therapy or pamper time.

Fantastic experience: I have been coached by Adrian since August 2020 (minus 2 lockdowns). Adrian is extreamly knowlegeable and passionate about what he does. He is always there to support you and goes above and beyond what you would usually expect. His friendly and calm nature puts you at ease and you never feel silly doing something wrong or asking questions. Thanks to Adrian's coaching my lifting technique has improved massively and I have seen strength increases more than I ever thought were possible. With the included programming my numbers are continuing to go up concistently and sessions are always fun. My confidence in the gym has improved a huge amount and I am physically and mentally stronger than ever. Even on bad training days, thanks to Adrian's words of encouragement I have left feeling positive. They gym itself is a beautiful space, always spotless and looking Instagram worthy. Emma has a great manner and made me feel relaxed before the treatment had even begun. Fantastic experience: I recently attended Rebel Rebel fitness for their Deadlift and Squat workshops. Both Deadlifting and Squatting has been something I have enjoyed doing in the past but had lost my confidence in a mainstream gym to carry these out. Rebel Rebel made me feel so comfortable throughout my time at the gym and it felt like a community, everyone was their to encourage each other instead of judge! The workshops were so helpful and the knowledge and passion from Adrian was amazing, he genuinely cares about YOU and that your confident and proud of yourself for what your achieving. Really looking forward to the next workshops that are on the way!!

Fantastic experience: Adrian is such a great coach and teacher. He makes me feel at ease and pushes me to achieve my goals without being overbearing at all. The sessions have been fun, varied, educational and although I know I've done a full-on workout, I'm never in pain. The Rebel Rebel space is such a nice environment to be in as well.

Age and ability just aren’t an issue as the Rebel Rebel team are totally welcoming and inclusive. Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Adrian @ Rebel Rebel for over a year now and his expertise has been indispensable to me, I recommend him to anybody and everybody! My posture has improved by miles and I can now hit the lifting platforms with confidence and new strength. I was particularly nervous to start with but Adrian has a calming, positive and supportive nature and it’s clear he’s passionate about what he does. Plus, we always have a laugh! Adrian and Emma have recently opened up their new Rebel Rebel premises in Polegate which is clean, well equipped and undeniably Instagrammable! The location is super easy to access and parking is plentiful. In recent weeks I’ve started visiting Emma @ Rebel Rebel for sports massage too! It’s something I’ve never had before but it quickly became evident I needed it! The room is phenomenal and perfect to unwind in after a workout. Emma is lovely and has this naturally calming aura about her, and is SO knowledgeable in what she does, it’s like an art. I only wish I’d started visiting her sooner!
