Fantastic experience: Had a great first session, pretty tough but the trainer gave individual targets to make sure each participant was at the right level. Overall friendly atmosphere, clean facilities and great smoothie shop upstairs for after too!

Fantastic experience: I joined Crew Culture a few months ago and I love the experience so far. I’ve never tried rowing before but the staff (especially Ben) are so friendly and attentive and the variety of classes offered (always mixing it up so you almost never repeat workouts) are packed with challenging workouts that always make you want to come back for more - no wonder I got hooked. My personal favourite is the Tone class which is a HIIT workout combining rowing with body weight and kettlebell training. I’m already seeing the benefits reflected in my strength, stamina and fitness and I'd definitely recommend Crew Culture to anyone looking for great quality and effective training. Hidden bonus: it feels like personal training due to small class sizes!

Fantastic experience: Great way to get both toned and fit. These machines use all muscles and in a couple of months I saw a change in my body shape.This is the first time I can say I feel I am getting value for money since I moved to the UK. .Ben is a wonderful trainer and makes my sessions fun and something to look forward to. Highly recommend trying for the offer he has and then sticking to it. If you are as determined as I was to lose weight and tone your body, with a healthy diet and regular workout, you can do it.
Fantastic experience: I’ve had 3 sessions of rowing classes at crew culture, and I have to admit the best form of cardio 100% I honestly felt reluctant to start with as I love a good workout and I felt it would not be intense enough for myself!.. but I was absolutely amazed by it! I worked out my arms my core,my heart strength which had weakened by smoking! All in all just an ace all body workout which is strengthening me even more the more lessons I take! Would I recommend it? Hell yes yes and yes! Ben is an ace trainer who will help you reach your target with clearly a lot of experience and a tonne of patience..go for it!
Fantastic experience: Great way to get an overall body workout from a pro - rower. The groups are kept small , the pace- high ! Suits men and women , awesome for cardio, stamina and getting those legs , core and arms in shape while having fun.
