I believe movement is medicine and I work with my clients to overcome old injuries, reduce pain and build confidence. I work alongside a great team of Sports, Reflexology and Nutritional therapists to provide the correct training for each individual client. I provide a bespoke service to help each individual achieve their movement goals.

Fantastic experience: Claire is brilliant. After months of pain with a back/shoulder injury I thought I would give Claire ago and I am so glad I did. I have had a significant improvement in just 2 sessions. That’s more recovery in 2 weeks than the previous 3 months - proof sports massages really do accelerate recovery. Thank you so much Claire
