Fantastic experience: This is a very enjoyable, sociable class run by Beth who has lots of experience and understanding of our problems. The table tennis improves one’s coordination and flexibility.
Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with Parkinsons and attend two of Beth’s weekly classes and I cannot praise her enough- I really look forward to them Beth understands your condition and its limits while encouraging you to do your very best and try to challenge your own limits She makes the class’s fun and sociable (with good music) and I always leave feeling 100 times better. Fantastic experience: Beth starting exercise and table tennis class at Rickmansworth Tennis Club is a great help to the Parkinson’s community. It promotes exercise which is as important as medication to help manage symptoms and slow progression of the conditions. She does a variety of exercises which helps balance,strength and dynamic movements. It also brings people together which is sociable and helpful to meet people with the same condition who understand what each other’s problems that come with it. It would be wonderful if Beth got sponsored by Everyone Active to continue this class and Everyone Active already greatly assist the Parkinson’s community. I have been attending classes with Beth since being diagnosed 3 years ago and have benefited substantially and hopefully will continue to do so. The table tennis is helping hand/eye coordination and reaction so is an added bonus to all the exercise. Paul
Fantastic experience: I have Secondary Progressive MS, and Bounce Back has been life-changing for me. The exercises haven’t just kept me fit - they’ve genuinely improved my condition. The variety in the sessions covers every aspect of fitness, keeping me engaged and motivated. I do all the online classes and also have a one-to-one session with Beth, who is absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Bounce Back, I’ve gone from struggling to walk far to now playing 18 holes of golf - walking! I can’t recommend this programme enough!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Beth at Bounce Back Exercise. Having been diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2023 and struggling to keep up with exercising during treatment and surgery, I looked to ease myself back into it and this is the perfect way to do so. Before my diagnosis I had never really exercised using weights and resistance bands as I didn't know where to start. It looked too hard and didn't appeal to me. These classes have really opened my eyes to how important it is to incorporate resistance training into your exercise, as well as cardio. There are in person classes, however I do the online classes, which works well for me because as well as doing them live there is also the option to watch them back and do them in your own time. I really like how Beth explains what she is doing, so not only is it easy to join in, but you can actually understand what muscles you're working and the benefits of doing so, instead of just blindly following an online exercise class. I also really like how inclusive the classes are as Beth will demonstrate adjustments for most exercises to make them easier or harder, whichever suits each individual. Every so often there are challenge months where you are given a small challenge to do each weekday and there is friendly encouragement and motivation to keep going in the WhatsApp group if you want to join in. Thank you so much Beth for helping me to get back into exercising. I am so glad I joined 6 months ago!

Fantastic experience: Beth's online library of exercise resources is comprehensive, well informed, well presented and easy to use. I have a long-term neurological condition, with some movement disorders, and I find Beth's online exercise classes are pitched just right. She varies the exercises and is empathetic to my exercise needs, combining strength, stretching, coordination and balance. I find Beth motivational and encouraging. I have no hesitation in recommending Beth at Bounce Back Exercise.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Beth’s class aimed at staving off the physical symptoms of Parkinson’s ever since I found out about it. The classes are wonderful - she has chosen her music very cleverly as it is well known pop music from our era! By the time I have thrown myself into the class I am exhausted, but in a good way. Beth is always smiling and so are we by the end of the class!

Fantastic experience: Loved my classes with Beth. Having lost a lot of fitness and strength due to breast cancer and a knee replacement I have now regained my confidence to exercise again. Classes are small and personal with Beth being aware of each members ability. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I came to Beth via the McMillan Safefit programme at the start of 2021 during the covid pandemic. I had had major cancer surgery and had just started chemotherapy. I had been fairly fit prior to surgery and was keen to stay fit, but scared that I might over do things and cause myself problems. Sessions with Beth for 12 months on Safefit were so so helpful in helping me recover and maintain a degree of fitness during chemo and radiotherapy. I have been attending Beth's zoom classes since then and have steadily got stronger. The classes are fun and allow for a variety of levels of strength, fitness and stamina. I have felt at all times that I was 'in a safe pair of hands' and I recommend Bounce Back Exercise to anyone looking for a rehab exercise programme.
Fantastic experience: I started training with Beth in 2020. Three years of cancer treatment had left me tired and weak. I am fortunate that she is able to visit me most weeks for a one to one session. She takes care to plan what is best for me and the sessions are very enjoyable as well as beneficial. My strength and general fitness have improved markedly. I also try to attend at least one group session on Zoom each week. It has been great to see Bounce Back Exercise develop through Beth's hard work, imagination and personality.
Fantastic experience: As a blood cancer patient I really became quite immobile last winter. Since the spring of 2022 Beth has been giving me one on one sessions. She has restored my strength and given me so much mobility . May not be able to run a marathon but within my limits its made a huge difference. She is so professional and gauges my physical limits perfectly . She really has become an arm to my medical support team . Can't thank her enough

Fantastic experience: As we all make New Year resolutions to get fit and work off those extra Christmas pounds, I can highly recommend Beth’s Bounceback classes on zoom. They are tailored to those of us living with long term conditions and are fun too. Thank you Beth for your encouragement to keep us moving - ‘Exercise is medicine’!!
Fantastic experience: Beth is a revelation to me! She has single handedly motivated the “un-motivatable”, I find I actually enjoy the programme Beth sets Me to complete & the associated Homework! I am a 64 Year old retiree with Parkinson’s Disease, who had historically been a very fit person, but with onset of the Corona Virus & My condition, became overly unenthusiastic about exercise & hence put on weight. To Beth’s credit She makes the exercise fun & will also describe (in great detail if required!) the benefits of the noted exercise. Beth is at all times very professional, whilst being compassionate & understanding the limitations of the individual (Me!). I would readily recommend Beth as a Trainer for all conditions & the able bodied. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease around 5 years ago. I have been having on-line and in-person one-to-one exercise sessions with Beth for around 18 months and am delighted with my progress. I have also joined in some of her on-line group sessions. I am now better able to move and balance than I was at the start of the sessions, which is remarkable considering that Parkinson’s is a progressively degenerative disease. I am constantly being advised that physical exercise is essential in the fight against Parkinson’s, and the fact that Beth specialises in training people with Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders means that her personalised exercise sessions give maximum benefit. I am very grateful for Beth’s expertise and assistance in dealing with my condition.
