Pilates and Tara

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Tara's pilates classes now about 10 months. I love them. It's a workout and a half and she mixes the content up every session. She gives great guidance in the class and will always ensure everyone has good form.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Tara for Pilates for nearly 10yrs and stayed with her through a pandemic and house move! I love her sessions - very focussed on good technique but still feeling like you've really moved your body, had a deep stretch and built up a sweat by the end of the class. She has an amazing knack of being able to read your body and help you understand what will work for you through injury and post pregnancy. Her online classes are great and my mainstay now I'm not so close but would always recommend an in person class for a great atmosphere and for the pleasure of seeing Tara herself who is full of wisdom and enthusiasm for your progress.
