Fantastic experience: One of the best CrossFit gyms in the UK with class-led coaching for all age groups and abilities. This gym also specialises in Hyrox training and nutrition support. With a strong member and community focus, it is perfect for both absolute beginners and experienced athletes. Can highly recommend.

Their coaching is informative, supportive, clear and works on so many levels. The nutritional element has been beyond useful - intermittent challenges and great information and guidance. I really can't recommend them highly enough. They're worth every one of those 5 stars and more.

Fantastic experience: Benmore offers a high level of coaching, equipment and facilities as well as offering variety with CrossFit, Hyrox, Olympic lifting and plenty of open gym sessions. They have also been extremely knowledgeable and supportive of my return to CrossFit postpartum, and made safe and effective adaptions and scaling options as/when needed. Highly recommend!
