Fantastic experience: Cait Bunn carried out my first Dexa scan yesterday and was both courteous and informative, explaining the whole procedure as we progressed through the scan. It was a very relaxed process with none of the loud noises and claustrophobia associated with CRT scans. Cait spent time walking me through all aspects of the very thorough report on the screen and printed out a copy to take home. I now understand which areas of my body are weak and how to address these. Looking forward to a better set of results when I revisit in a few months time.

Fantastic experience: I attended BodyView in the Whiteley branch for a DEXA and full body scan and was met at the door by Jenna who was extremely friendly and professional. Upon entering the facility I noticed how clean and welcoming the environment was, having spent many weeks attending a hospital for radiotherapy this was a pleasant change. I had explained to Jenna that I was nervous since my recent scans and treatment had not been the most pleasant. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything that would happen in great detail. Jenna positioned me for the scan gently and with great care and was sympathetic to my recent experience during my treatment, she advised me that we could stop the scan at any point if needed. I felt so relaxed during the scan and knew I was in good hands. The scan itself was quiet and fairly quick. After my scan Jenna helped me up and advised that her colleague Cait would go through my full body scan with me. Cait was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, she gave me some good tips on what to do next to improve my fitness and get me in the best shape possible. Cait even advised me on what supplements I can use to focus on my bone density, something that I have been concerned about as my treatment means I have gone into early menopause. She informed me how my protein and carbohydrates I would need and suggested a protein powder that would help. I was also provided with a report to pass to my oncologist and one to keep for myself. All in all this was a great experience with 2 people who really know their stuff and showed great compassion and understanding to someone recovering from cancer treatment. I’m glad I made the decision to bypass the NHS waiting lists and come to BodyView for my DEXA scan. Thank you Jenna, Cait and BodyView for the wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a great visit to BodyView Southampton. Cait was very friendly knowledgeable about health, body composition and interpreting the results. Fantastic experience: We've been getting our DEXA body scans done in London for three years with BodyScan, and after they merged with BodyView, we tried their Southampton branch – way more convenient for us as were Dorset based! What a great experience! The setup is really good, easy to find and allocated parking, very friendly service and thorough service from Cait, who was brilliant. The report (and reporting of) were both very clear, and we loved getting the takeaway printed booklet too as this helps us keep track. We always recommend Body View (and BodyScan) to friends and family, and honestly, anyone looking to book a scan should check them out. We'll be getting our next one booked for 12 months from now again as always. It’s a fairly accessible and cost effective tracking that anyone interested in their health, exercise and body composition, longevity and health span should be doing.

Fantastic experience: I booked in with Body View for the full works, DEXA scan, fat max etc. An amazing service by Cait. She was very knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tests. The data insights are quite eye opening. My personal scales that measure fat % are out by almost 30%. Cait broke down the results and helped me form an action plan against my goals which was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend her and Body View more. I will be returning for a progress report.

I went in for the DEXA Body and Bone bundle, because both my mum and grandmother have Osteoporosis, and I wanted to understand why I wasn't making the strength gains I should be. Fantastic experience: This was my first DEXA and V02 scan. Had the intention of baselining before a fitness drive. I went with a bit of trepidation, but Jenna was so upbeat, professional and knowledgeable. Mix this with her social skills, it made for an unexpected enjoyable 2 hours. Would highly recommend both a DEXA and V02 scan and the findings that come and having it performed with Jenna, I will certainly be returning after the 12 week window.

Fantastic experience: Super insightful! I came in for a Hip & Spine DEXA scan as well as a full body composition scan. I was particularly interested in my bone health as I suffer a lot from back problems. I was referred to Bodyview by my osteopath who believe I would benefit from finding out more about my bone health. I am so glad I made the decision of booking in. The team at Bodyview were absolutely lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Jenna was really thorough with my scan results, she explained everything in great detail but made it very simple and easy to understand. One of the things I was eager to know was my body fat % and overall health. The body composition DEXA scan was incredibly detailed even showing things like muscle mass imbalances. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking into this service, definitely worth while!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I attended today for VO2 Max tests. It was a great experience. Jenna was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I was a little apprehensive at first but she talked us through the test and continued to offer reassurance as the test was carried out. Will definitely go again to track my fitness as I hopefully progress. Jenna discussed the results with us straight away and supplied a print out. There was plenty of free parking, everything was very clean and there were drinks and snacks available if wanted. I would definitely recommend Bodyview.

Fantastic experience: Easy to find and park- welcoming environment with a choice of refreshments. The scan itself is straightforward and comfortable to have. Jenna was very friendly but professional and explained the scan results to me fully - I was given a paper leaflet and also an email with the scan findings. I had the Bone Health Bundle and it has been really reassuring to see my bone density results and also interesting to see muscle mass/fat composition. I highly recommend Body View.

Fantastic experience: I enquired at BodyView earlier this week with some questions and Jenna was amazing from her first communication with me! She was super quick with responses and answered all my questions, she even gave me a call to discuss things which was much easier and super helpful! Fantastic experience: I've just been for a DEXA Scan at BodyView. Jenna, the Manager there, was absolutely fantastic. She really cares about her customers. And the whole experience was top notch. Fantastic experience: I had the full Athletic bundle this morning with Jenna. As soon as I walked into the facility and met her I knew I was in safe and highly competent hands. The facilities are exceptionally clean and I loved the styling. The testing was enjoyable albeit the VO2MAX was very hard (it’s supposed to be!). After the testing Jenna went through the very comprehensive results and suggested next-steps where applicable. She asked at the end of each section whether I had any further questions, which showed me that she really cared that I understood what I was being shown and how it is useful. Overall a superb session and I will be returning for re-testing to measure how my training is improving the identified weaknesses. Many thanks Jenna!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in I was put at ease, the procedure was fully explained to me and any questions I had were answered straight away and not put off until later. After changing into shorts and 'T' shirt (no metal zips etc.) we went to the scanner, a little more explanation on the scanner function, and the scan was started I found it almost relaxing lasting about 3 Mins. The report was produced and fully explained so I could understand the way the details and data were presented. I was never hurried and time was taken answering my questions all in all a very good informative service and experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using BodyView for a DEXA scan and it was brilliant. It was incredibly easy to book online, and rearrange my appointment. All the instructions of how to get there were accurate and detailed. The example reports give a very good idea of what you will receive. On arrival Jenna was incredibly welcoming and professional and explained everything. The facilities are first class and immaculately maintained. I couldn't recommend this highly enough. Jenna explained the report in a professional and friendly manner and gave some excellent advice based on my personal health goals. Fantastic experience: I turned up to my appointment a little apprehensive as I do not have the best relationship with scales etc. However, Jenna was fast to put me at ease around the inaccuracies of BMI. We went through the process and then I was invited to get changed into comfortable clothing. I had my scan and it takes less than 3 minutes, I then went and sat while Jenna prepared my report. We thoroughly went through each of the categories of where I am and compared to those my age and 25 year old. She gave me so much valuable information and clearly has very strong knowledge in the field, did not have a single question at the end as she covered everything :) I really wish I did this sooner as it has shown me that what I am doing for exercise is working and gave me a goal to lower my body fat percentage a couple of percent to get into the fit category - which is a massive motivation boost!

Fantastic experience: I opted for the bone health bundle, more out curiosity than anything, but boy am I glad I did. Jenna is both professional and incredibly personable. She walked me through the whole process, performed three very quick scans, and then talked me through my somewhat surprising results. She was able to provide reassurance as well as guidance on next steps and areas I could look at myself. Fantastic experience: What a great experience from my initial phone call with Martin, which was really informative and helpful, and he took a genuine interest in my health and weightloss journey. Today I went in with my partner for my Resting Metabolic Rate test, the car park was easy to get to, the building is fully wheelchair accessible, Jenna even cane out to the car to make sure we were ok and would be able to get into the building ok. There was a short chat with Jenna before the test, where she explained everything to me, and asked if I was happy or had any questions. The room for the test was lovely, very relaxing, the ceiling has the wonderful feeling of natural light as you look up through the tree tops to a beautiful blue sky, with soft relaxing music playing in the background, the hardest bit was getting on and off the couch, oh and not falling asleep! After the test, where I held a small tube in my mouth, and had a nose clip, and just laid back and breathed normally for 10 minutes, Jenna came in, made sure I was ok, and then we went back into the main room and talked over the results. Jenna was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, interested in my journey so far, explained other tests that are on offer, but at no point did I feel under any pressure to book anything further. I am already on the waiting list for a dexa scan, which I am really looking forward to. I would highly recommend BodyView, the people are amazing, the building is great, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, it is clean and tidy, and I will definitely be going back.
