Fantastic experience: I joined GT for the 6 week reset program and have thoroughly enjoying the experience. I feel more confident in my techniques, have increased my strength training and nutrition habits, the add bonuses have been an improved sleep routine and made some great friends! The environment at GT is not like a traditional gym, there is no judgement only encouragement and support for you to succeed. All the trainers are friendly and professional and can't do enough to help you. I'd highly recommend GT!

Fantastic experience: I've gone through the Strength Summer training program, and after 6 weeks I feel a lot better in terms of energy, strength, mood. All trainers are very professional and friendly, and they know how to challenge you just enough to push you out of your comfort zone. The program instills some good habits on nutrition and exercise. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: I joined GT 6 months ago to try to regain my fitness after many months away from exercise due to an injury. Since starting GT sessions I have seen a clear improvement in not only my physical strength and fitness but also in my confidence. I was nervous to join a gym but the small group sessions mean you get personal instruction from the coaches without feeling under the spotlight and it genuinely feels like a friendly and supportive environment. Each exercise is clearly demonstrated so you know exactly what you are supposed to be doing with variations given for ability level and any injuries which is really helpful. Being able to book from a good range of session times through the app makes it possible to fit exercise in around getting the children to school and a busy work schedule. I couldn’t imagine not doing the GT sessions now, I look forward to them and always leave the sessions pumped up and ready for the day.
Fantastic experience: I did the 21 day challenge in feb 24. WOW- what a place. The people, the trainers, the classes were all amazing and I cannot recommend Greenwich training enough. If you’re thinking about joining here… do it- you won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The classes are an absolute blast - challenging yet so much fun. The trainers are great, always there to push you and support you every step of the way. And the progress I've made in just one month is unbelievable. Fantastic experience: I spent two weeks in London studying English and hired the Greenwitch Training team so as not to interrupt my training in Brazil. I was very well received by the team and my coach Eilidh was extremely creative and attentive. She understood my physical situation very well, creating a series that was well adapted to my needs and very attentive to the movements I made during the training. The space is very comfortable and has everything you need for a complete workout. My workouts were very dynamic and fun, and generated the energy I needed to spend later on my long walks around London! I will certainly return to Greenwich Training when I get back to London. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for the energising days I had in London!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed a 60 day overhaul project with Greenwich Training (GT) which has been fantastic. The GT team worked with a small group of us to implement and consolidate habits for good health and well-being. And it really worked! The GT team are really knowledgable about all things fitness, super-encouraging and supportive. They are always available for (& encourage) questions or help with any challenges or things which we’re finding difficult. The overhaul project has been such a helpful process for me and those new habits are definitely sticking (in a way that they never did before). Ian and the GT team are fantastic. I highly recommend Greenwich Training to anyone (like me) who might feel reluctant, nervous or ill equipped to start making positive changes to their health and fitness. Thank you Team GT!
Fantastic experience: I joined Ian and the GT team for a 6-week ‘Summer Overhaul Project’. How different an experience it has proved to be! It was both fun and challenging, I looked forward to the daily encouraging emails, the weekly zoom meetings and the supportive atmosphere of the WhatsApp group. I would recommend a chat with Ian and the team to see what they can recommend to support anyone who wants to increase their flexibility, learn about diet and nutrition or just have a bit of advice about strategies to try to improve their sleep patterns. Fantastic experience: Probably can call this a throwback review, but better late than never! Joined in 2019, the first time I came across such a lovely community and never thought that a gym could also be a place like this! Absolutely amazing. The whole GT team are knowledgeable, provide support throughout your journey and go above and beyond to help you. To this day, I can never forget how to do kettlebell swings, after the masterclass at GT. I never thought I would do a tough mudder challenge, but with this team (both trainers and fellow clients) never had a second thought! Also, the quick transition to online during the pandemic was incredible (without missing a beat), and all the amazing online socials, providing dumbbells at doorstep when needed the extra push after months of bodyweight exercise. Most importantly during those time of isolation, I never felt left alone! All in all, if you would like to grow and improve your physical and mental health give this place a go!

Fantastic experience: I joined GT’s week long trial / taster week to try it out and see if it was for me. GT appealed to me as it promised a supportive, holistic approach free of judgement… and it delivered exactly that! Ian and the team made me feel welcome and supported from the first moment I walked through the doors. The taster week comprised of 3 small group PT sessions and 2 nutrition / lifestyle discussions. In my very first class I was lifting a bar bell which seemed insane and unachievable the week before! All the trainers are supportive, patient and fun - pushing you enough to stretch you but never making you feel judged if you don’t feel confident to do that extra rep or are having an off day and don’t want to add that extra plate to the bar bell. (And there’s definitely no yelling!) GT has a real community feel too, there are no judgemental dickheads (it’s even a rule, painted on the wall!) and it’s the only gym I know that throws a Christmas drinks party and a charity wine tasting night! It’s not just small group PT classes either, you can also do bi-weekly Martial Arts, weekly Yin Yoga and the occasional dance session! Even when I overdid it and had a small injury, the team were brilliant at referring me to a local chiropractor, adapting workouts for me and checking in on me regularly. It’s been the best investment I’ve made in myself in years! Thanks Ian and team for a fantastic first 3 months at GT!

Fantastic experience: Greenwich Training is simply the best. They welcome all no matter your size, age or experience. The team know their stuff and are so supportive. In just a matter of weeks I saw improvements in my sleep, general health and wellbeing as well as being able to go down a notch on my jeans belt. Fantastic experience: How could I possibly pay GT enough justice in just a few words…join this place! They will absolutely transform your attitude towards fitness, your understanding of what you can achieve, and - of course - your strength, both mentally and physically. The trainers work really hard and it shows in what they’ve built, there’s simply nowhere like it. Each session is different and you’ll leave feeling worn out and giddy, already looking forward to the next one. I’ve met some fabulous people and the community spirit is real. Plus I get to take my (small) dog - winner!
Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place to train in… I started about 6 months ago and the results have been epic. It’s given me a greater level of accountability and support than I’ve ever had before. They know what they’re doing and have the best gym culture I’ve ever seen. Did I mention dogs?… very dog friendly place if you needed any extra encouragement!
Fantastic experience: Greenwich Training provide a robust bespoke fitness regime with trainers who are passionate about you, your health and your personal goals. Recognising that everyone is an individual and have their own limitations, personal one-to-one or small group training is always focussed on you and the exercise. All the trainers provide encouragement and personal attention. It is not every day that you come across such a team of excellent, high calibre, caring and passionate trainers who create an environment where you want to do well for yourself and for them. They keep you motivated to improve performance over time. Greenwich Training has been life changing for me. Working with Kathryn who personally takes care of my goals and progression, and the other excellent trainers, training for me has been hard work, exhausting, but fun. I am healthier, fitter and sleep better!!
Fantastic experience: After years of sedentary lifestyle, slowly become less and less fit, my wife persuaded me it was time to participate in some fitness sessions with a coach at Greenwich Training. My teenage son also decided to join the sessions as well. The Greenwich Training team are superb – all very encouraging and everything is paced at a level which is just right for your abilities and fitness. Laura (our coach) has been absolutely brilliant and after 8 months of regular sessions we are definitely feeling improvements in overall flexibility, strength and fitness. The team helps us regularly assess realistic goals (healthy eating, general recreational fitness, weight loss etc) and celebrate each success on our journey. You just couldn’t ask for a more fun and encouraging environment to nurture a fitness journey in. The GT team’s motivation and encouragement is immense, and you are always supported and helped though each and every session. My son and I relish each and every visit, although some days we walk back home, utterly exhausted because Laura has encouraged us to pour every ounce of energy into our session. I really can’t see us ever wanting to stop attending our sessions.

Fantastic experience: I started personal training sessions with Eilidh at GT from around four months post-partum with my first baby and continued weekly sessions right up until eight months pregnant with my second baby! Eilidh helped and encouraged me through early post-partum, regaining confidence and strength and then staying active during pregnancy. Compared to my first pregnancy, I had significantly less back and pelvic pain and think a large part of that was down to my regular sessions with Eilidh. I would highly recommend Eilidh - she’s fun, knowledgeable, supportive and enthusiastic! She was always flexible with accommodating changing schedules and realistic and patient with a tired and sleep deprived new-parent! I intend to pick up our sessions again once I can post my second pregnancy and encourage anyone thinking of a new (and no judgment) approach to fitness to contact GT and Eilidh!
Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed the fitness culture at Greenwich Training. I have been member of the gym for 6 months and have seen a change in my mindset wherein I look forward to the training sessions. All the trainers are lovely and friendly, and keep pushing us to give our best. The greatest aspect for me is the holistic approach to fitness at GT which has made me improve on aspects such as sleep hygiene and nutrition as well. Highly recommend it!
Fantastic experience: My experience at GT was absolutely amazing and I would, without question, recommend this gym to anyone ready and financially able to invest in their health and happiness. I went to GT after years of never being able to fully hold down an exercise routine and suffering from chronic back pain. By the time I left GT (5 months in) my back had significantly improved and now I am no longer a member (because I moved from the area) I continue to exercise. I have thrown out the pressure "to improve myself", which always caused me shame around exercise and unsustainable short periods of action. I exercise now because my body needs it, it makes me feel good, and I CAN do hard things. None of this would have been possible without the AMAZING trainers. Every single one of them cared so much about my progress. I really can't stress enough how phenomenal they are; modifying moves, checking on my back pain, sending me a book on a health topic we had discussed, organising talks with local businesses around health topics, always available for a chat. At the core, I believe every trainer at GT is deeply passionate about improving the lives of each of the clients through health - is there anything more fundamental to our happiness?. That is GT. I will be forever grateful and inspired by Ian, Kathryn, Chloe, all of the trainers and the members of this gym. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: In my short time with GT, I’ve probably have had the most productive training sessions ever. Particularly shout out to Chloe, but all coaches - Laura, Perry, Eilidh, have been excellent and capping the class sizes at 6 leads to a great atmosphere always that is just the right amount of personalised. I even enjoyed the running sessions. The personal coaching through the app was also helpful - hands on or hands off as I preferred. I really appreciated the process from start to finish, from the informal chats before signing up with Kathryn, the first week with 1-on-1 PTs (and Ian!), the friendly environment for dogs, to the low pressure way of exiting. The only con is that I will now have this standard for future gyms! I can only hope I find something similar down south.
Fantastic experience: Best gym! Amazing trainers! Great clients! My husband and I have been coming to Greenwich Training for a year and they are an amazing bunch of people who encourage, push and support you throughout any point of your fitness journey. All sessions are filled with clients who satisfy the “no d***head” policy making the classes a warm and welcoming environment for people of all different abilities. As someone who has never been sporty or stuck to any form or exercise for more than 2 months, it is a true testament to Greenwich Training that I have been going consistently 3-4 times a week for the past year. We are so happy we found GT and devastated at the thought or leaving when we relocate! (Also… there are some fantastic pups that make guest appearances!!!) Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant to sign up initially, as I thought this was beyond my ability and was lacking confidence. However, these four weeks have proven to be so beneficial to me in kickstarting my fitness journey! The trainers are so good at building gradual confidence and working with you so closely that you feel as if you’re getting a one on one session in a group setting. Along with the workouts, I am getting advice on nutrition, calorie deficit tips, and overall health advice from my assigned PT, Laura, who is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be sticking around for a while, thank you team!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Greenwich Training since February 2022 and it is hands down the best gym I have been to. The coaches are all fantastic, each bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and personality to every session. Previously I have struggled to maintain my motivation for the gym, but this isn’t a problem I suffer with at Greenwich Training (even when I’m up for the 7am class!). Every session is diverse and challenging, whilst also being fun! I can’t say I have ever clock watched during a class. GT offers a mass of support outside of classes - the GT app provides me direct access to the coach that looks after me. We chat regularly and meet at least monthly to discuss my progress, how I am doing (in life also, not just in the gym!), what my goals are for the coming month and what things I want to improve. The coaches all genuinely care about each member and want to see everybody achieve, no matter how large or small that achievement may be, whether that achievement is in the gym or in your personal life. If you are looking for a gym that resets the market and offers a service like none other, look no further than Greenwich Training. It’s the best investment you’ll ever make in yourself!

Fantastic experience: First-class semi private training sessions. The team are awesome and they really make you feel at home. They have gathered a really great bunch of clients of all ages, shapes and sizes. Support is also provided in nutrition, flexibility, coffees, zoom calls, yoga, martial arts and retreats. Fantastic experience: Joining the gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It is such a supportive atmosphere, and the trainers are all really lovely, helping me achieve things I definitely wouldn’t have done alone. The group sessions are not intimidating at alI but mean that you get to know people and feel part of a community. I’d encourage anyone thinking of joining to give it a go!

Fantastic experience: Greenwich training is more than a gym. It is a great place, environment and priceless trainers helping you to achieve your fitness goals. Small group sessions are highly recommended. All the workouts and exercises have different difficulty levels and variations depending on your ability and, for sure, your technique is always supervised and corrected. Personal Trainer sessions (Laura in particular encourages me for smashing every workout) are a "must". You can test yourself and get your own PB. This is improvement that, personally, I see every single week. In addition, there are other activities such as Martial Arts that is being a great discovery for me. Training the coordination mind-body is an essential and powerful skill.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Greenwich Training since February, and I absolutely love it. The sessions are really well planned so that you can go as hard (or not!) as your body wants to… The trainers are lovely, really friendly. One of the best bits is the flexibility - you can amend your sessions on the app up to 6 hours before the class (eg cancel a class) without any additional payments, so you can easily plan your sessions each week around work/social plans. They also put on interesting workshops, seminars and masterclasses (eg a recent barbell masterclass), as well as social events (like paddleboarding) and even retreats - I’ve missed out on a retreat to Croatia happening this year but plan to try and come to a future one! As well as the weights-based training sessions, there’s also a martial arts class every Tuesday that is really well-taught and enjoyable, and yoga classes too. I’m really starting to see a change in my health/wellbeing and body now. Would thoroughly recommend, worth every penny.
Fantastic experience: I only have great things to say about the whole team at Greenwich Training!! Ever since my first enquiry 4 months ago, i have thoroughly enjoyed my time as part of an experienced, supportive and amazing team of trainers. The whole schedule and running is really well organised, and i have learnt so much from all the trainers to help me get back on track in such a short time! Could not recommend them enough if you are looking to start training, get back on track, meet new people or even to learn something new.
Fantastic experience: Growing up I never enjoyed doing any exercise or sport so shortly after a spur of the moment inspired decision for self improvement/midlife crisis when I signed up for GT I wasn't sure if I'd be able to stay motivated to keep going. However I've really enjoyed the group sessions and eight months in, I still religiously make the time to go three times a week and it doesn't feel like a chore. The trainers are all very approachable and challenge you in an encouraging way. The group sessions are varied and I enjoy being in a group as the environment is supportive, there's people for me to try push myself in trying to keep up with them, but there's also no judgment involved if you can't do something. Since joining I feel I am physically stronger and fitter and happy that I've finally found some form of exercise that I look forward to making time for each week. I'm very happy to recommend GT as a gym!

I’m really enjoying the small group sessions - can fit them around my day and the small groups allow coaching to be individualised. A few months after joining their positive, holistic approach is already improving my confidence to exercise and progress, but also impacting well-being in other ways - nutrition, mindset, sleep. Fantastic experience: These guys are the best gym I've ever been to. Everyone, PTs and members alike are so warm, kind and friendly and so supportive of eachother no matter what your fitness level is. I joined GT after having a pretty nasty knee injury, at a point where I'd lost all confidence in my body and was feeling very anxious about not ever being able to achieve a level of fitness I was happy with again without my whole body physically falling apart and causing me even more pain. With the support and guidance of their amazing PTs, GT has helped me to find my confidence again, in my body and its capabilities, and has reminded me just how much fun it is to move and work up a sweat. The small classes provide the perfect balance of working out with people who motivate you but also having enough proper 1 2 1 time with each PT. These guys really know their stuff. Thanks GT, you're a bunch of very good eggs!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive place to start or improve their fitness, especially for those who have no experience or have had a negative relationship with exercise in the past. Everyone is inclusive and welcoming at GT no matter what level of fitness you are. All trainers are knowledgable, friendly and care about everyone in the small, group PT sessions. Sessions are sociable, unique every time and push everyone to their own ability. There’s additional yoga, martial arts, mobility and more. I love that everyone is different ages, genders, abilities - really reflects how good the trainers are and the the vibe at GT. You’ll get holistic advice from your own personal coach (thanks Eilidh!) too. As someone who has had 1-2-1 PT sessions in the past, this is much better value overall and the support network and accountability means it’s more of a lifestyle change than just a going to the gym. Thanks for everything so far guys!

Fantastic experience: I joined Greenwich Training in the middle of covid lockdowns in 2020 and it was genuinely the best thing I did that year. The team are all friendly and helpful in and out of sessions and always there if you need a hand with anything. The Greenwich Training ethos is really great, they focus on how you feel and what your body can do rather than just caring about weight and muscles. Since I've been part of the group I've had advice and help to improve every aspect of my health, including sleep, nutrition, mental health, fitness, and even the importance of socialising. The small group sessions are always fun and engaging and definitely worth getting up at 6am for! I'm so grateful for everything they've done for me.
Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for a more supportive group of people - both the coaches and the other members. It's a great environment to work out in; I was nervous at first and have always felt anxious in a gym, but GT operates at your own individual pace while still managing to push you. It's a great way to forget about life's stresses while focusing on your next move! The classes are intense but enjoyable, people have a laugh and a chat together, and there's a great range of additional sessions from yoga and mobility to martial arts, along with various extra days out or social events. You get assigned a PT who catches up with you regularly to see how you're getting on (shout out to Kathryn!) based on how often you need the support, not just with sessions but help with nutrition, motivation, just about everything. My physical health has definitely improved since coming here but the biggest change has been in my mental health - after the last 18 months, coming to GT has been a fantastic release. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Greenwich Training for around 4 months and my experience has been nothing but positive. The team are very knowledgable, approachable and welcoming. I was quite apprehensive before joining as I had never had much success at the gym or with one on one personal training before. However, I have been very impressed with the atmosphere and ethos that the team have created. It is a friendly atmosphere, where failing or struggling is ok. The small sessions help create a sociable and encouraging environment to train and push yourself in without compromising the effort, work and focus each individual gets from the team. The personal training mentor is really helpful for working out your goals and dealing with any niggling self doubt that creeps in. Cheers Perry! Fantastic experience: I joined Greenwich training earlier this year to kick start my fitness journey after a year of being pretty static working from home. The trainers are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and are able to lead different and unique training sessions every time. As someone who was unable to self motivate, having the accountability really helped to motivate me and with so many sessions available each week it is so easy to fit around my diary. I would highly recommend GT to anyone looking to improve their strength and mobility as well as getting the support and information about other aspects of your life like nutrition, sleep and wellbeing in general.

Fantastic experience: Super easy 5 star recommendation here - Ian and the Greenwich Training are awesome. I was a little apprehensive of spending more every month than a typical gym - and didn't want a 1-2-1 PT as I'd been down that road before with mixed results. What I discovered was a PT Team, all working together to help me improve my overall health and wellbeing - meaning the overall value delivered way exceeded expectations. It's not just the personal attention you receive in the small group setting, or varied workouts constantly keeping things fresh and interesting - it's their overall approach and dedication they show to you. You even get your own personal coach too so you can check in with queries which may come up in everyday life, and mine, Laura, is a-mazing. Friendly enthusiasm personified. Fantastic experience: Really welcoming group, all the trainers are super friendly! The classes are the perfect size to not feel overwhelmed by moves or equipment, speaking as an exercise novice, and it means the trainers know you and your ability level personally which helps you feel so supported and looked after. I’ve learned a lot in a short space of time and will hopefully continue to learn and grow!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Greenwich Training. As a girl in her early 20’s I really wanted to find a gym that I enjoyed going to, didn’t feel intimidated and improved my fitness levels. The trainers and other GT members make it that and so much more! Within a few months, I was noticeably healthier, happier and signing myself up for ridiculous challenges like Tough Mudder - something I would have never done before! I feel lucky to be part of such a great place, it’s so much more than a normal gym.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to GT for 3 months and I've thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, looking forward to every one. They've really got me motivated again and I'm enjoying my exercise. They provide the full package - training, nutrition advice, yoga and life coaching. I did the small group sessions but they still managed to tailor them - knowing I was looking to increase strength they would encourage me to go for heavier weights. Each session was different and kept me on my toes, with a huge variety of challenging exercises. I've progressed towards my goals and I've learnt loads too. The trainers are super friendly and get to know you personally and make you feel welcome. I'd recommend GT to anyone!
Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Greenwich Training more highly. I had not exercised properly for years before I joined up and I had extremely low expectations for myself: I didn’t think I woukd be able to keep going, I didn’t think I would enjoy it and I definitely thought that gyms weren’t for people like me. How wrong I was! Working with one of the GT trainers, Victor, has changed my life for the better, and he has always worked around my limitations (hypermobility, joint pain, chronic fatigue) to make routines that work for me and feel safe for my body. I am challenged in my sessions, I see progress in my abilities every week and I feel happier and stronger. I’ve got a long way to go, but I now see going to GT as part of my life and part of my routine. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has made me feel comfortable and welcome, plus the GT dog is the cutest and best boy you ever could meet. If, like me, you think that exercise is something other people do then give this place a try. You’ll surprise yourself.

Fantastic experience: Having trained with GT for the last 3 months, I’ve felt an overall improvement to my fitness, mobility and discipline towards working on my goals. GT offers a solid fitness programme backed by a supportive community of trainers and fellow students. What’s refreshing is their approach towards fitness; eschewing fads and focusing instead on developing a sustainable relationship towards health and fitness. The progress I’ve made with GT has remained intact and I know I’d be able to keep my fitness levels up for the foreseeable future (yes I’ve had yo-yo experiences with fitness gains and binges in the past, yikes!). GT also offers Mind Coaching sessions, Yoga and Bio Mechanics as part of their student package, making for a holistic wellness experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while in part because I took my time to get the right words to convey what GT has meant to me since joining in February this year. Sure, I’ve been to gyms before and got into a rut like I’m sure many do by doing the same things, getting bored and going nowhere. GT is nothing like that! With GT you get expert trainers who motivate and guide you to do your best, always in an encouraging and non-judgemental manner. Not only that you get food and nutrition support that really helps you maximise results and all round you couldn’t hope for a better team to look after you. That team really does extend to the other GT members - all of whom are routing for each other in the spirit of camaraderie and mutual support. Fun: that’s important and not lacking by any means. That doesn’t mean it’s not hard work too but you expected that right? But before you know it you’ll see results and it won’t feel like hard work. You’ll enjoy it and all I can say it try and see for yourself. I’ve learned so much these past few months and achieved so much thanks to Ian and the team. The five stars in my review are very well deserved.
Fantastic experience: Thank you mid-life crisis! Two and a half years ago you scared me into walking through the door of Greenwich Training, with some vague hopes of toning up, losing weight, strengthening muscles and bones, and generally being able to lift my suitcase in the overhead lockers for a few more years... GT has surpassed all those early expectations - I now feel stronger and fitter than any time in the last 15 years! The small group sessions are really motivational, there’s enough flexibility to cope with busy working schedules, and the trainers put a lot of effort into tailoring and varying the classes from one day to the next. Plus there’s yoga, physio support, and all those extra-curricular activities which make it feel much more like a community of like-minded people than an anonymous, intimidating gym.
Fantastic experience: I turned from: 'I hate working out but I have to do it so I will fit my jeans' to:'I absolutely love my 7 am sessions!'. Amazing, knowledgeable staff, lots of events, workshops...definitely not your regular gym but more of a like minded community.

GT has great trainers who genuinely care about your goals. And the trainers plus the genuinely lovely people who attend, make exercising a pleasure. Fantastic experience: When I joined I was doing very little exercise and was very sceptical that I’d make it to 3 sessions per week but GT make it so easy. Everyone- not just the trainers but the other members too- is incredibly supportive and encouraging, and there are so many classes to choose from that you can make it work around the busiest of schedules. I find myself really looking forward to each session, and leaving feeling energised though exhausted!
Fantastic experience: Decided to go to Greenwich Training to get in shape for my wedding. Six months after my wedding and I’m still going, still looking forward to each session and still enjoying every aspect of GT. The classes are good, the trainers are all friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Greenwich Training has been life changing for me. I was nearly hitting my 40's, overweight and gyms just didn't seem to work for me. I had very little self discipline and really struggled with technique when I went to my local gym. GT has really helped me solve these issues. The Trainers are absolutely first class and really help you with technique and motivation. Indeed, due to the class sizes being so small, you really get that one-to-one interaction from the Trainers that you don't get anywhere else. I started in February 2018 and have lost almost 10kg in weight and I am so much happier and healthier than I was before. What can I say? They are an incredible bunch of people who want you to reach your goals and I thoroughly recommend Greenwich Training to anybody who wants to feel fitter, healthier and better. Best decision I've made this year was joining GT.

Fantastic experience: Greenwich Training is a fantastic training group to be a part of. The whole team of trainers are excellent, they really push you to your limit but also empower you to find your own potential. It really makes exercise fun and sociable! There is access to a private Facebook group where members can swap tips on nutrition, fitness and really anything. It has helped me gain so much confidence and I intend to carry on training with them as long as I am in Greenwich. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I joined Greenwich Training to tone up before my wedding (there was also the small matter of 133 stone steps to climb in a wedding dress without looking like a beetroot!). Mission accomplished & more. In the past going to the gym has always been a chore but I have really enjoyed working out with friendly like minded people. The trainers are nothing short of awesome & encourage you to meet your goals every step of the way. If you want small training groups, sensible nutrition advice & to leave the gym with a smile on your face Greenwich Training is the place for you.

Very personal service - you can focus more on fitness or there's a lot of nutritional help for weight loss too, if that's what you're after. I genuinely look forward to my training sessions even though they make me do burpees!
Fantastic experience: I started going to Greenwich Training 3 months before I found out I was pregnant, and continued training 3 times a week with them right till the end! I can't praise them enough for all the support and encouragement they gave me. The trainers were all fabulous, always giving me tips and advice and making appropriate modifications but still pushing me to give it my all! GT played a huge role in me having a healthy pregnancy, delivery, and post recovery. The nutrition advice was always helpful, and realistic. Having GT in your life is like having a workout family, always held accountable, pushes you to your max and they don't take excuses! If you put the effort in you will see results!

Fantastic experience: Having worked closely with Ian and his team of personal trainers, I would highly recommend them. Being a physical therapist myself, Greenwich Training carry a high level of knowledge which gets passed on to their members to create fun and intense workouts. Fantastic experience: Starting the programme at Greenwich Training has made a really big difference for me over the last few months. I signed up because a few years of sitting in an office with long hours and high pressure was starting to take it's toll on my fitness and well-being. The training has refreshed my outlook to getting active again, and the commitment of attending 3 training sessions a week means that I make sure I make time to get moving and work out! The trainers are all super-friendly and encouraging, and all the sessions are varied so you hardly ever do the same thing twice. There is also helpful additional support and guidance with nutrition. I am now stronger and fitter, and feeling much better about myself (and all my clothes fit again!).

I have been a member of many good gyms the past 15 years but this is the first training place where the trainers are as knowledgable and supportive. The people you attract are always super nice. Fantastic experience: Simply put, Ian and the team at Greenwich Training are just brilliant. Right from the start it was clear that this wasn’t just any old gym membership - it’s all about making changes to your lifestyle and attitude towards exercise (me and exercise were not friends before this). I just wanted to improve my general fitness, and even after 6 weeks I can see such a difference; alongside training sessions I am (slowly but surely!) making changes to my diet, I’m drinking more water, am sleeping better and feel much healthier as a result. The trainers are all amazing, and help create a really inclusive and supportive atmosphere at every session (even at the crack of dawn!) - it’s not at all intimidating like gyms can be. Each class is hard work of course, but genuinely enjoyable and I always feel encouraged and motivated to reach a little further each time. Everything feels sustainable and achievable, particularly with the can-do attitude and unfailing support of everyone at the gym. I really can’t recommend these guys enough - if you’re thinking about joining, do! Greenwich Training are an incredibly supportive and encouraging bunch - I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! :)
Fantastic experience: Joining Greenwich Training has been the best health/fitness decision I have made in a very long time. I am so much stronger, more toned, have more energy and generally feel so much fitter and healthier. The small groups mean you get great instruction from the trainers and support from both them and the other clients. The classes are all different so you are constantly working out your whole body, and the trainers regularly introduce new exercises. What Ian and the team have built is a more than just fitness, they cover nutrition and support for aches and pains. It is a full package that is run with a really family feel to it. If you are looking to really push your fitness to the next level I would highly recommend making Greenwich Training your first choice.
Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym - the trainers push you, the training is varied and the classes small enough that there is nowhere to hide - you will push yourself. it's not just about exercise but about making positive changes all round including diet (the recipe book is awesome), a weekly yoga class and a biomechanics class. There's an online group to swap ideas on healthy eating and training and just for motivation. They don't just take your money and leave you ticking over - the whole team is super supportive, super down to earth and the format means you can make long-term changes for the better, they will equip you with the tools to get results and you WILL get results - my motto now is WWID (What Would Ian Do ).
Fantastic experience: So much more than just a gym - you receive focused personal attention to help you achieve your results... exercise, nutrition and remedial with the biomechanics sessions. I also love the Greenwich Training friendly and supportive community and, of course, the little pep talks from Ian from time to time. I have been a member for 2 months and, even though I was already quite fit, I'm much stronger and have lost 2kg without even dieting. Result!!
Fantastic experience: Put simply, this place cannot be beaten. I signed up a little under three months ago and have just renewed my membership on an ongoing basis. Having tried various other gyms and fitness programmes over the last few years, nothing comes close to the Greenwich Training regime: it's convenient, sustainable, effective, and above all fun. The culture and atmosphere in the studio is really supportive. The trainers work really hard to ensure that everybody in the class gets a good work out and enjoys themselves. However, nobody is judged if they are struggling with something in particular, exercises are scalable and there is none of the macho pressure that you find in some other places. If you broadly follow Ian's rules (which does take a certain level of commitment, admittedly), you will very likely see results. Speaking personally, I've lost lots of weight, shrunk my waistline considerably and have gained muscle in all the right places. I also feel fitter and stronger and am sleeping much better than before. If you're prepared to commit to making some positive changes to your lifestyle, there are few better places than this to help set some really good (and sustainable) habits.
Fantastic experience: There really aren't enough stars to fully capture what an amazing place this is. Before starting the 12 week programme I felt like me + food + exercise = hell on earth. I was convinced I was destined to live with the spare tyre encasing my internal organs for all eternity. Enter Ian and his troop of highly experienced, friendly if not a tad bit wicked trainers. They never push you beyond what you can manage but they make damn sure you aren't slacking. The workouts keep you on your toes, the nutritional help relieves the insatiable food cravings without you undoing all your hard work and the sense of achievement is phenomenal. Coupled with the supportive and intimate environment, you'd be hard pressed to find anything like it in the area. My advice if you're considering whether it's for you or not...do it. It will change your life. Because it did mine.

Their programmes work too - I got real results, had a great time and changed my life in 12 weeks with Greenwich Training. I look and feel better, am stronger and more confident. Fantastic experience: I've just completed three months at Greenwich Training and can't recommend these guys highly enough. Every trainer is deeply knowledgable and really engaging, so you start to feel like you're hanging out with your mates, rather than putting yourself through 55 minutes of intense physical exertion!! The sessions are hard but immediately rewarding. The groups are small enough to ensure everyone gets advice and coaching tailored to their precise needs. I joined GT to improve my running and every session I'd get advice specifically about what I need to strengthen and how to do it. The advice and support on nutrition is equally valuable, and I now feel far more confident in making decisions that are right for me - and I no longer have those mid-afternoon crashes where I need to reach for the sugar to get me through the day!! All in all, the coaches are amazing, the space and equipment are top draw and the organisation and support is all geared to ensure you get where you want to go. Five stars doesn't come close!!

Fantastic experience: I've tried different approaches to increase my fitness and live a healthier lifestyle. With the support of Ian and the trainers at Greenwich Training I am seeing and sustaining the changes I've always wanted. They provide a holistic approach that is necessary to supporting change. The sessions are hard work but the trainers make them a lot of fun too!
Fantastic experience: After months of being fed up with my weight and very poor fitness level and trying different diets and having gym membership where I never went to, I decided to invest in myself and look for a place where I would get help. After searching I found Greenwich Training which is in perfect location and attention and help I got right from day one is amazing and I feel very motivated and supported. Training is hard but very enjoyable, they will help with diet too, every session is different and trainers always help those who are less able to do some exercises or have injuries. Highly reccomended if you are looking to transform your life!
