Donna is very welcoming and supportive during the classes. It’s a lovely group of people everyone is really friendly. Fantastic experience: I have been doing Donna’s class for a while now, they’re varied and suit all abilities and fitness levels. I’ve suffered a couple of different injuries but didn’t want to stop my regular sessions, otherwise I struggle to get back into my normal routine once I’m fighting fight. I spoke to Donna and she made the necessary modifications so that I could sill take part in my regular classes while I was rehabbing from my injuries. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Donna and she is always happy to listen and make sure the adjustments/modifications are right for you.

Fantastic experience: Glad I found Donna and the classes, great bunch of ladies and Donna makes sure you’re doing the techniques correctly and if you are unable to do a move due to injury etc then an alternative will be given. So glad I found these classes and I highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Donna-Rose fitness. Her motivation and support for the group is outstanding. Whatever your personal goal, weight loss, strength and/or general fitness - she will push you over the line and beyond. Walking through the door at her Witchelstowe class is the best thing I have done. Great group - come and join us. Don’t be shy or intimidated just come!
