Fantastic experience: I highly recommend James to anyone, friendly and professional service. I was very unfit, I was anxious about starting my fitness journey but as soon as I was introduced to James he made me feel comfortable and that made me be able to push to the limits. He encourages you to try your best but also teaches you plenty of aspects of health and fitness. Within only months I’d have made dramatic progress. James tailors the workouts to your individual needs. Highly recommended. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I really look forward to my workouts with James, they are fun and unique to me, more Importantly He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries He is always on time and has never cancelled a session (unlike others) He keeps log of the past sessions to know what to push me more on and anyways has an exercise routine planned. I feel stronger and more confident about my fitness. I Highly recommend James!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend James more! I used to hate going to the gym but I genuinely look forward to having a session with James, I actually enjoy it…never thought I’d say that. He always knows just how far he can push me to make sure I’m not slacking and always manages to make me feel great about it. Another important thing to add is as a woman training with a male trainer I have never once felt uncomfortable with him which is HUGE. So ladies if you’re on the fence, kick it down, lift some weights and let James show you what a boss you are

Fantastic experience: Great personal training, James provides very clear instruction and monitors progress thoughtfully. After suffering a couple of bad injuries, i saw James who has helped me regain strength and confidence, without pressure or judgement. Each session feels like im getting stronger, I Would recommend to all, 10/10 service!

Fantastic experience: James is an excellent trainer. He takes someone who doesn't feel good about themselves, listens to their needs, then actively responds. As someone with depression, this is really important for me. I'm 44, overweight and I had back problems. I couldn't squat, nor did I want to. Now I can and haven't had any issues with body pain for someone now. If you want a trainer who cares, James is the trainer for you!

Fantastic experience: Good place to train. James can help with whatever you need gaining muscle or losing weight and he will always fit you into times that match your schedule sometimes I go at 6am other times 8pm so he is very flexible

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with James for the past few years. He has helped me reduce my body fat to a level I’m happy with and keep it there consistently. He helps keep me on track and motivated and I feel like I’m progressing on something every workout. I like how he keeps the workouts fresh and things never get boring. I would recommend to anyone having trouble reaching their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Hi! if you want a personal trainer I would seriously recommend James. He’s probably one of the best in Northampton. When I was with him he was always respectful and truly wanted me to succeed. He helped me understand what I should focus on to grow. for the price, which is much less than most others, he is absolutely amazing and helped me out so much. Thank you James !

Both in training and with your career
Fantastic experience: I've been training regularly with James since we came out of the third lockdown in Spring 2021. I was desperate to get back into shape, having gained 3 stone in a year during the pandemic when I developed some bad lifestyle habits (i.e. excessive drinking and eating) and the gyms were closed. With James' help, I lost most of the excess weight very quickly, became stronger than ever, and continue to grow my strength now! I love keeping these workouts as part of my routine, and without James I'd just be going through the motions at the gym rather than pushing myself. If you're looking for someone to motivate you and help you build a plan for the results you want, James is your guy!
