Fantastic experience: Sarah’s classes are so exciting and eclectic!! Whatever class I went to, it has always been fun, friendly and a great workout to nice tunes with a good cool down and stretch at the end so you feel great! I love her outdoor sessions surrounded by the nature the most but I also appreciate some indoor sessions in nice selected venues during the cold or wet weather. Sarah is very passionate, lovely and friendly which make her classes ones of my favourite!

Fantastic experience: At 51 I began training with Sarah over a year ago. I have become strong able to lift weights, strengthen, free a frozen shoulder. gained muscle lost fat. She knows exactly how much to challenge and encourage, being outdoors is amazing. We have trained through rain, snow and sun also. She has so much knowledge about how training supports hormones impact fitness. Strength training is the number one thing that supports pre and post menopausal bodies and Sarahs program help us to remain fit and fabulous in our fifties’ start now don’t wait :-) xx
Fantastic experience: Seriously…Never known fitness to be so much fun!! I have been going to Sarah’s classes for over a year and not only I’m much fitter, no longer fear exercising and I’m always having a good giggle! Warning!!! You will get addicted! She is awesome! Highly recommend!
